my suggestion would be to visit the Gotham Halo myspace page and inquire within if this question pertains to "vampiric happenings."

The Court of Gotham hasnt been an active Court for a little while now. That page hasnt been touched since 08. There are a couple things going on here and there.

It depends what you want friend. There are many places that are of vampiric nature, the only thing is to look for them. I know a few, feel free to ask, for I know not what exactly you are looking for.
