looking for nc vampyres, I am in Jacksonville but am willing to travel to meet up and have some fun.

I am in Beaufort...not too far from Jacksonville. My sister Colleen lives in Jacksonville so I spend time there every once in a while.

meet and greet would be awesome, but I would suggest somewhere public the first time.

no one is going to wanna go to a stranger's house the first time.

feel more safe and secure in public place......restaurant, coffee shop, etc.

just a suggestion...........because I won't go to someone's house I have never met before.

yes i am down for a meet and greet... i am from otway...just outside of beaufort and morehead city area. where should we all meet and when?

think we should figure out where everyone that is planning to attend.......and try to figure on a central location......so everyone pretty much travels the same distance.

Beaufort is near Morehead City. Well maybe we could meet in New Bern? That is a more well known place.

A meet and greet is a great idea. I do not think that I can come, because I do live in South of Perth, West Australia. The distance would be abit to far for me to travel.

Live in fort bragg/fayetteville city area (on deployment right now) would be willing to go pretty much anywhere for a meet and greet when I get back, although it would definitely be some time (7-9 months) before I could be active again in the states

I know Fort Bragg very well, used to live there.

Okay everyone...just wanted to let you know what happened in court yesterday...it got continued thankk goodness! I go back on Feb 17th. Now I have court tomorrow for custody of my son...please keep me and my family in your deepest thoughts!

Well court is finally over...we got a continuance for March the 5th, 2010. We still have custody of Bubba!!!!!!!! :D So that's a good thing. It doesn't look like we are going to lose custody of our baby...however...he still cannot live with us. He is with a family member. We can now visit our son an hour a week each, which isn't much, but it's better than not being able to see him at all like before. We will be getting Bubba back when all therapies, assessment and marriage counseling has been completed and DSS closes the case.

Hay You guys know that I live in Elizabeth City right. Can anyone make it to there?

It makes me smile to see so many trying to put something together so we can all meet. I guess as the one that started this post I should be more involved. I want to apologize for not being more involved, but have had a lot on my plate lately. I have gone back to school to get something that is very important to me, my paramedic, so that is taking a lot of my time. Also someone that is very dear to me and deeply embedded in my heart has been seriously injured while working in Haiti. A lot of my energy has been going to help in any way I can with that situation. Please forgive me for getting something started and not sticking with it. I am sorry for letting my friends on here down in any way that I have in these past weeks.
To those that have kept this thread alive, I Thank You and *bow* to you with great respect and appreciation.
