I am a huge fan of Slipknot, and I would DIE to see them live. Do any of you know if and when they will be playing in or around Iowa?

Slipknot is awesome live! I took my son and his g/f and one of his friends to see them a couple of years ago when they were doing the Subliminal Verses Tour. Lamb of God, Shadows Fall and Gizmachi played before them to get the crowd pumped up for when they came out.

Joey Jorgenson is awesome on the drums. I love the hydraulics they use on stage and really do perform for the crowd.

Stone Sour is another band that Corey Taylor is involved with and he is doing some stuff with them right now to promote their new CD but hasn't abandoned Slipknot, he just wanted to try a new venue.
