Hunger...



How I hunger for him...



Is it the taste? The unspeakable pleasure that goes with the bleeding? The look on his face when I rip into his flesh? The way he holds me to him... demanding I pull every last drop from the wound?



Or is it simply that it is *Him*... The soul I have spent this life... so many lives.... seeking out.



Only the darkest of Gods would bless such a union... violent, seductive, and sometimes flat out dangerous. There is perfect pain... Pleasures that can only be birthed by sin and debauchery... We are... Quite a Match we two.



Agh... but their is a gentler side to this. I have watched him sleep for hours on end... Been completely seduced by nothing more than a patch of skin in the twilight.



That I love him is no secret. How deeply I love him just might be.



Behind the fire and the hunger is an emotion so tender and perfectly right that it is nearly heartbreaking... It engulfs me, surrounds and pushes out until it surrounds him as well. Together we stand in a whirlwind of darkness, our hearts reaching out and touching in a way this world has never seen.



Love like this cannot live in the Lighted world. This I understand perfectly... and this is why in this life... and in every life hereafter, I will seek the shadows and the mist... chance destruction and madness... forge myself again and again to be strong enough to find him... and hold him... and love him.

This love has spanned the lifetimes of worlds... Old and dark as the universe itself... It only pierces flesh from time to time... and in its wake... the ever shifting universe trembles just a little...
