You came at a random time,
finding your way in to my heart.
When we were both lost,
you opened up with a start.
We talk every day and night,
about all the good and bad.
We're more of a proper family,
than our own families have been.
Always there for me,
you are a sister true.
I always there for you,
a brother through and through.
I will never let you go,
as you are now my family.
Caring for you so,
lifts my heart dreamily.
You have become my sister of the night,
in my arms you'll always be.
The moon on your face,
making you smile.
We laugh and play,
and forever have each other.

Lightning arcs across the sky,
down to a streak of fire.
A crackle ignigtes the air,
the rumble of thunder overhead.
The rain begins to fall,
pattering on the trees and grass.
Heavier it continues to become,
a wall of water beyond.
The sky continues to flash,
like a camera going off.
Capturing the scene of glory,
the fire from above.
It moves along fast,
but the rains remain.
Staring in the distance,
streaks another flame.
Another storm passed,
but here's what remains.
A freshness of the air,
cherished all the same.
The fields wet and moist,
with the new summer's rain.
And the storm moves on through the night,
alightning storm so bright.

From the darkness I rise above,
to find the light of day.
Bright on my eyes and skin it burns,
as I try to fade away.
A new dawn has come upon me,
with a heavy sadness.
For even though the night is shadowed,
a calmness sweeps upon me.
Brightness leads to noise and people,
which I can always do without.
But then I'd miss the beauty of a flower,
and others that blossom about.
I sit and stare waiting,
the next night hours from now.
But then the beauty of the moon,
will rise and wash me down.
For the moon is my preferred sun,
and will always be.
I could live under it forever,
an unharsh beauty upon me.

I dream of your kiss,
to take my breath.

I dream of your mind,
intelligent and true.

and the beauty they hold.
But those are only dreams,
where I love you body and soul.

clear and brilliant.
How it sparkles,
liquid fills it.
For just one taste,
my soul I'd bare.
For just one sip,
I'd take a dare.
Liquid amber,
this crystal holds.
Sensation and pleasure,
but I want to care.
Drink I'm told,
and enjoy the taste.
But all I want,
is that crystal glass.
To keep it whole,
forever in my grasp.
