Midnight Kidnapping

:/ sorry guys been in and out of the hospital with some back problems and the flu has been going around. I've been pretty drugged up and don't feel like confusing you more with this story that is well basically for fun and I just type what comes to mind and to be honest it's not my greatest work.

Chapter 7

Trevor lead Sora to the living room and pulled out her chair and pushed her into place and took the seat beside her and bared his fangs at Kyle who was eying her curiously. Smiling with fangs bared Trevor had the feeling that he knew something he didn't.

" Trevor, the Harra clan has decided to come over and try and state that Sora is Kyle's Keeper and not yours. Based on how our markings are almost identical I can understand where they come from and they wish to have a private meeting with Sora" his father said and Trevor snarled. "She isn't their Keeper. The only reason they're here is to try and get rid of her" Trevor snapped and Kyle smiled. " Its her choice not yours or is she more of a slave than a Keeper?" Kyle sneered and Trevor wished he could get away with killing the vampire.

Sora sat and listened to the conversation going on between Trevor and the vampire that looked his age and while they now spoke in calm tones Sora could tell both were itching to cause a fight. She knew that if it was her decision she could easily put a stop to the fight but she didn't want to cause more problems at the moment. So she'd eat the food that had just been placed in front of her.

Trevor watched out of the corner of his eye as Sora ate the food that been brought out just for her. How could she be so calm when there were three vampires that would kill her given the chance. " Sora, what do you want to do?" Trevor asked and she glanced at him and then at Kyle. " I'd like to go back to my room considering I'm not going with them" Sora said placing the cover on the plate. Trevor smiled and couldn't help himself he picked her up and kissed her.

Sora stiffened the moment Trevor's lips touched her she wasn't expecting this reaction, but she kinda liked it. Relaxing she placed her arms around his shoulders pulled back breaking the contact. " This isn't over Trevor is the mark doesn't change with the moon and you harm her I will personally see that your family falls with ours" the vampire that had been arguing with Trevor a few moments ago.

" I believe you have outstayed your welcome and rest assured that if Sora if in fact not Trevor's Keeper we will send word to you" Trevor's father said directing the servants to show them the door. " Well welcome to the family Sora if it turns out your marking changes with the moon we'll begin the ceremony immediately" his father said smiling and Sora looked at him and back to Trevor. " I'll explain later. I've gotta talk to my father about a few things, but feel free to explore the house" Trevor said pushing her towards the door way.

Sora left the room and headed straight to the library and began reading the books that his father had said would help her to understand what she was getting herself into. Flipping along the family history she found the one thing that no one had told her about. Reading flipping to the next page Sora paled and flipped back. Reading the ceremony detail for detail Sora felt her blood run cold if this wasn't a ceremony to tie her to Trevor it was a sacrificial ceremony and Trevor would be her executor.Shutting the book with shaking hands Sora closed her eyes she had to get out here and soon.

*Authors Note* Well I think this turned out okay.... Would love to hear from people reading this and tell you what you think am I just confusing you more or is it decent. I'm trying to cut this to 10 chapter so it's a nice little short story. I think this chapter is short, but I didn't take into account school and all the work I have to do when I started this, but I'm determined to finish it even if it's not that good. Well thanks for reading :)

Needless to say I'm a bit upset with VR because they should have some sorta of pre-save button for entries that take forever to do and you don't want to submit a half done entry, because I finished Chapter 6 and was very very pleased with the way it turned out clicked submit entry and VR had logged me out because it took me so long to do it. So lets see if I can do it again :/

Chapter 6

Trevor sat on the end of Sora's bed watching the even rise and fall of her chest telling him that she had finally fallen into the deep sleep that usually claimed humans to the point they would sleep through almost anything. Hopefully she would sleep through him looking for the mark.

Carefully Trevor got up and pulled the covers off her and his gaze immediately wandered to her beating pulse along her her neck. Teeth lengthening he shook his head this was no time for his blood lust to be kicking in. Trying his best to constraint on looking for the mark me moved away and closed his eyes were covered in a red film warning him that his blood lust would not be ignored.

" Just one bite couldn't hurt" he said to himself once again focusing on the pulse beating at her neck. Shaking his head he tried to clear his head of what his father had told him when he tried to go out to feed before going to do this.

" Your going to have to feed from her eventually why not now when you need to find out if she is your Keeper or not. Either ceremony she will have to go through includes it might as well get used to it now then later, now just so we are clear you leave this house you give me permission to see if she bears the mark and it won't be pleasant if I have to do it" he warned leaving with his mother to go feed.

Silently cursing his father Trevor let his blood lust win the battle he was fighting. Picking Sora up and positioning himself behind her he tilted her head to he side and moved her hair. Licking the area he was going to bit first and allowing the numbing agent in his saliva to take effect he sank his teeth into her neck and sighed as his blood lust started to fade. Nicking his tongue with one of his fang he licked over the bite mark so it would heal.

Trevor stiffened when he felt the mark against his chest and lift Sora slightly so see the red glow of the mark with the three symbols in the ancient language and the crescent moon that would change with the phases of the moon. Well she was definitely his Keeper now the only thing he had to do was keep her safe till the ceremony could take place, but now he would just sleep. Closing his eyes he let sleep claim him sure he'd get hell for it in the morning, but it was worth it.

Sora unknowingly cuddled closer to Trevor in her sleep and mumbled something unintelligible and slowly woke up and stiffened when she felt arms wrapped around her. Glancing up revealed Trevor fast asleep. " Trevor?" Sora said tapping his cheek and he grumbled but stayed asleep. " Trevor!" Sora yelled and he jolted awake. " Oh, your awake" he yawned cuddling closer to her. " Umm did someone hit you in the head or you know you get brain damage of some kind" Sora asked and he chuckled and shook his head. " Okay so you go from bipolar vampire can't make up his mind to sleeping in my bed and me practically glued to your hip" Sora said rolling her eyes. " That makes complete sense. Are you sure you didn't hit your head?" Sora asked and he laughed. " I'm certain lets just say I've recently been exposed to something that's helped me make up my mind" he said falling back asleep.

Trevor pretended to sleep as he tried to figure out what was going on with his emotions. He wasn't quite used to feeling an over powering need to protect someone or just possessiveness toward anyone before. He'd seen his dad act that way when other vampires from other clans were present but as far as he know no one was here besides him and his family.

A knock at the door announced that a servant was here. " Come in" Trevor called and glance at Sora who'd been watching him closely since his sudden change. He really should have just let himself do what he wanted to in the first place and she wouldn't be looking at him as if he was crazy. Resisting the urge to smile he nodded to the servant who cleared his throat. ' Your father has requested you and the girls presence in the living room we have guest from the Harra clan" he said leaving and Trevor stiffened. "The Harra clan were know enemies of the Lunar clan. Why would they be here?" he thought and glanced at Sora and pulled her closer to him.

" Sora, you need to listen to me. You can not leave my side while these vampires are here they would kill you in an instant if they are given the opportunity. You can't let them get you alone. Do you understand?" Trevor asked and she nodded. " Good now go get dressed and we'll go greet our guest" he said allowing her to go to the bathroom.

Trevor paced around the room while Sora was finishing getting ready. The only reason they would be here is to try and take out his Keeper and put an end to his blood line. Sora would have to be protected constantly which thanks to his recent feeding leaving her alone was almost impossible for him. Trevor pulled himself from his thought when Sora stepped out of the bathroom. Looping his arm through hers he lead her to the living room. Hopefully they're visit was a short one.

*Authors Note* :/ idk how this turned out I reread my last one and was happy with it but I'm up really late to do this again since when it logged me out I got so frustrated I left it alone for a few hours. Sorry if I've just confused you more with this chapter I'll fix it later if I did. Enjoy :)
