Today, I saw a glimpse of the girl I used to be.
The one who held in her tears, stayed silent to keep the peace, and carried pain with a quiet kind of strength.
I didn't judge her.
I didn't wish her away.
I simply looked at her - with all her scars and softness and whispered,
"Thank you for surviving."
Because without her resilience, I wouldn't be the woman I am today.
She walked so I could rise.
She endured so I could heal.
