I just ordered Metallica's Guitar Hero for Wii!!!!!!



I know patience is a virtue... but this is Metallica!!!!!!



And I ain't waiting until May!!!!

So tonite, I was watching the Ranger game on the TV....



they ended up going into a OT shoot-out....



and won!



So I was in a good mood.... and decided to call my folks and share my joy.....



That was my first mistake.....



because during the conversation... I told my folks I was just laid-off from my job....



that was my second mistake....



because rather then hearing what normal people would say:



"Oh I'm so sorry....."



"I know things are tough, but you will survive...."



I hear these words....



"Son... you need to find a new job quickly..... because you don't have enough money to get by.... and that check from unemployment isn't enough to let you survive...... and you need to go to school..... are you even looking for work...... do you want to end up a bum on the street......"



Needless to say.... my good mood was gone.....



I'm not a punk kid anymore...... and I just had the emotional equivilent of getting kicked in the nuts, and then have the EMTS force a red hot poker in my ass as a treatment.



Well..... I now realize that ANY contact with my parents is a HUGE fucking mistake..... regardless of the reason.

awww hawkypoo you know when your up you never call the folks it always turns out badly ..........but cheer up things will get better and you can alwayd disown your parents........







ohyeah when do you leave for there house agin for easter lol.......well you could always tell them you got a new job pimping women on the streets theyd love to hear that one.......lol

Finally....



I was let go from my job!!!!



I'm not surprised.....



when you see Dark clouds on the horizon... you aren't surprised when it starts raining....



and when the Store you work in, has no customers walking in.....



well, you don't bet on job security.



hell.... the only thing I bet on is that the Store will officially shut down by the end of the month.





but have no fear... I was prepared for this...



and I have no doubt I will find something new very soon...



I just hope I get to enjoy my free time for a little bit....
