Well that’s lovely I feel as though I may be getting a bit of a cold. I hope not though. Maybe it’s just from my gerd….
Anyway another sour dough loaf is in the process of rising I may or may not bake it today. I started it late last night but put it in the fridge because I was afraid if I left it out overnight it would overproof because my kitchen is hot.
So I just pulled it out to finish its rise so now I can watch it.
Debating going to the gym today because I woke up with a scratchy throat I guess I’ll see how I feel as the day goes on.
I had a weird dream last night but now don’t remember what it was about just that it was weird.
