I also got this lava lamp, and of course, a new drug rug, this one is pink, black, and white



My mom got me these extremely bright and girly powder blue PJ's and I rejected them because they are bright and girly and she gave me the "normal" speech, this time I just looked at her in disgust, she'd never undertand or really care anyway



I actually tried to spend a little time down stairs but the few times I tried to speak my mom pretty much ignored me and spoke over me so I hid in my room as much as I could get away with and went to Facebook with other teens who have pretty much the same issue as me



On the bright side the ham didn't make me sick this year

You have probably heard by now that the Patriarch of Duck Dynasty got indefinitely suspended from the show for his comments on homosexuals



I just read the interview and his comments on it and he did say some pretty mean and hurtful things about homosexuals and brought up bad groups in history who didn't believe in Jeasus such as Nazis, Communists, and Muslims and it seems like he was comparing homosexuals to them



Personally I am proud that the network suspended him from the reality show, I wouldn't want my network to be affiliated with someone as bigoted and homosexual hating as him, it's discrimination against a group of people and that's not good for ratings



Keep in mind that this is my journal and the appropriate place for my opinion, if yours is different, well, you have a journal too

I don't know why but fried chicken is the one restaurant meat I absolutely will not touch



I know it's just as factory farmed as the rest of it, but I guess if it's breaded, deep fried, and they don't expect people to pay close attention to it then they can get away with much worse pieces, and they do



Seriously, next time you buy fried chicken cooked pay some attention to it, you'll see



If I wasn't disgusted by most vegetables and fruits I'd go pretty much vegetarian and refuse to eat any animal that never saw the sunlight and wasn't fed fresh, organic food



Who knows, maybe my disgust for factory farming will beat out my disgust for most fruits and vegetables, I think it's starting to

I was on facebook and reminded why I come here so much



I like and follow a page called Emo Lust so I thought that since they are weird and not very main stream maybe some of them also had paganistic views but apparently I was wrong



The one admin said how he helped a friend summon a spirit or something and acted like it was all scary, bad, and weird and the comments were all satanism, witchcraft is all bad and evil, don't do it, bad things will happen, etc, you get the point



I was kind of shocked that those with alternative interests also had such main stream religious views and believed the common isconceptions about pagans



So I reached out to them, commented on the post and posted on the page that only a small percentage of pagans are evil or satanists, I am not, and invited them to message me if they need help or want to learn more about it, on the post to the page I included that I'm an eclectic pagan and practice a type of harmless and ethical sorcery



I honestly don't know what I'd do without a place like VR where various supernatural, paranormal, and pagan topics are so openly discussed and posted
