I would like to point out that my current avatar was not photo shopped at all in the slightest bit

I plopped back on the stage, took the picture, without changing my camera settings to do anything different, then uploaded it here

I do have eyebrows, that's what those arch shaped shadows are on my forehead, but they aren't very thick and the fact that my phone took it upside down doesn't help it any

The Racist Lesbian

04:40 May 25 2013
Times Read: 518

My girlfriend, Autum, if you don't know by now, she's gay

This African American girl started flirting with her and she says it was weird. We get into conversation about it and she says she doesn't really want to be nice to her and flirt back because she's African American . . . I ask her if she's racist and denies it.

Then we continue to talk and she says she doesn't talk to the African American girls at her school because they are full of drama and attitude, then I point out how she's stereotyping and we start to argue

She gets mad and ends the conversation which in this type of situation means I'm probably right and brought up a negative trait about her that she refuses to own up to, like being a racist lesbian.

She's part of her school's Gay Strait Alliance, definitely supports gay rights, and fights against discrimination of those who aren't strait.

This is exactly the contradiction and why being an active member of the gay community just doesn't add up to discriminating against African Americans.

She fights against incorrect stereotyping against those in the LGBTQ community but apparently thinks it's perfectly fine and isn't wrong at all to stereotype minorities.

She says it's not ok to call her a queer freak because she's gay but then will turn around and call an African American an egotistical drama queen because they're black

The girl who stands against unfair treatment of those who aren't strait supports and participates in unfair treatment of those who aren't white.

She wants to be respected and treated as equal even though she's gay but apparently it's ok to disrespect African Americans and treat them as something less than human because of their skin color.

She makes no sense and is going against her goals because in this case the African American isn't even strait

High school is rough on many groups, but especially minorities of skin color and sexual preference, so not like any justice has been done at all

You'd think that if you believe that love doesn't have a gender it's only logical to believe that it doesn't have a skin color, either . . . well, you'd be WRONG!

This is a perfect example of how messed up Americans can get, what people teach their children and teens, and what our future might turn out to be, if this is true we are *F U C K E D!!*

**Please note that she is still my girlfriend and I still deeply care about her. Any comments that directly insult her specifically will be removed and it's poster will be dishonored 4 times, from me that's -20 honor

It's just like that: opinions. I too have encountered people who wouldn't discriminate a minority but discriminate another one. You just have to learn to accept that, people have opinions and half of the time they'll differ from yours.

IMO things such as racism or other type of prejudice is a sign of narrow mindedness and spiritual blindness.

Our world unfortunately is based on creating divisions and fake issues to cover the real problems of our civilization which is a minority of people having real power (the elites) and the powerless rest.

They will remain in power if we focus on manufactured problems like racism, religious or gender differences because this is how they make us weak as a whole - the old rule "divide and conquer" at work.

So we will be fucked until we realize that the only chance we get out of this alive is by standing together, realizing what kind of situation we are really in and that we have the power to change things, including mentality.

The Forbidden L word

03:49 May 18 2013
Times Read: 539

yes, the L word, otherwise known as love. Various people on here have said it to me and about me and this is what I have to say about it and why I really don't like it being used in my direction.

I'm highly empathic and very sensitive to emotions and words and how much weight they carry.

They don't usually carry any weight at all if said when the meaning of them is truly, fully, and completely meant. That can be very hard to do especially with words like love and hate.

if you notice when you speak to me I don't usually give direct yes or no answers because they carry weight too and if I don't completely feel that way then I'm not going to say yes or no, more like maybe, not really, or kind of where as they carry less weight and are easier to say exactly what I feel with them

but anyway, back on topic:

Love is extremely strong and carries a tremendous amount of weight. It is very hard to be able to have that amount of emotion to where it feels light and pleasant, I, myself, have only ever truly and completely, 100% felt it once, with only one person, and that person is my absolutely beautiful girlfriend Autum. She is the *ONLY* person I use it with, I don't even feel right using it on my mom or dog. I probably won't use it with anyone on Vampire Rave anytime soon

the L word is thrown around way too much, at least in my opinion, for the amount of true feelings it requires to say it lightly, when it's truly meant the L word should just float off your tongue like a gentle and pretty little blue bird on the way to give the person you said it to a sweet kiss on the cheek.

Usually the weight feels like someone dropped an anvil or steel girder on me and I want to run and hide, it makes me extremely uncomfortable and doesn't do anyone any good. Other times it feels like someone flung some disgusting goop on me and it's like ew! ew! get it off! get it off! That's gross! ewwww! that makes me feel like I want to fling it off, scrape off every last remnant, and scrub myself clean just to be sure every last trace of it is gone

you might think it's weird, unreasonable, irrational, but it's how I really feel about the L word, so please, refrain from saying it to me, everyone, just please!

The true meaning of this word depends on the person who writes it and on what occasion. It can be used either to express deep appreciation, happiness, romantic attraction or sometimes gratitude.

I agree it's a power word and shouldn't be used too extensively but on the other hand maybe this one word will make someone's day much better or help them in ways we can't predict... it's a double edged sword really, can either bring relief or misery, so I understand your standpoint on this one and will respect your wish.

that guy at work

02:41 May 08 2013
Times Read: 559

so I got moved from Greeter to buffet person because I'm too shy and quiet for the front lines so starting next week I'm back in the kitchen, watching over the salad and soup bar.

The good thing is I'm no longer isolated from everyone but the bored manager and occasional server. I'm back in the kitchen where the action and most of the team is, including that guy . . .

that guy that started when I did, Bobby. Met him in the parking lot before orientation and immediately got the "target him" feeling when I shook his hand, that first moment of contact was all it took.

now I'm back where he is, in his chef territory, I'll actually see him when we work together, hopefully we work together plenty . . .

it's time to move in for the kill, well, I probably won't kill him, that would be bad, but I'll hunt him down, fuck him hard, and possibly feed off of his warm, gooey, bright red life juice.

I've never legit fed off blood before. I know, it's kind of weird because I'm a vampire, even though aged beyond my years mentally in many ways I'm still just 17, still have my whole life to live, still many things I have yet to experience, many of those things I'm excited about, much like feeding off blood for the first time, who knows, maybe it'll be Bobby, I'm hoping it is >:)
