As a Hedonist, I try to keep all 5 senses stimulated daily.
For example, I keep scented candles and incense safely burning on whichever floor we are on.
If just sitting around, I'll have soft music playing low in the background.
Sight, Sound, Smell, Touch & Taste....Yeah, I keep those stimulated.
