HAD I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet,
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams

Lord Severus Okpara
Through each passage of life
Lies a new answer
But we seem to forget
The very question that inspires us
What is the meaning of this life
And the ones to come?
Is there meaning at all
Or will we perish in to nothing as we once were?
Awaiting for my answer
I find myself trapped
Cloths enwrought with gold and moonlight
Compliments the cold marble earth
Sifting dirt through my toes
The chill of night summons goosebumps
Or was it the clamping of hooves?
As they halted upon my presence
I find it impossible
That the heart is connected with such demons
Emotions so fragile
And flexible as water
I bear my sadness for all to see
Only to be swept aloft in disadvantage
This trauma has foresaken me
Forever alone
But is it not true?
Nothing can break a bond
One of love and loyalty
I lie forever in your grasp
No thought goes by
No breath do I take
Without your haunting presence
Taking over this troubled soul
So the question remains
And so it shall be answered
As all good things come in due time
So will you
