my 7 year old brother/nephew/grandson ...sees a shrink and the shrink was asking him the normal questions like ...if he ever had sex and if anyone ever touched him wrong...and of course the answer to that was NO...well the next question was do you ever hear voices and he thought for a momment with his hand on his chin...and spoke very matter a factly and replied with i do hear voices all the time ...both gods and the devils voice and god says good things and the devil is bad and i promise not to listen to the devil no more .....aaaaaaaaah hahaha

To this I always reply... well I dont know am I, you tell me. By definition the term delusion is the belief in some thing that is not real. If I believe it then to me its not a delusion. I could be delusional and would tell you no because I wouldnt know, however If I tell you that I am delusional then I couldnt possibly be because I would know. Being that you are the doctor here I would think you would know this.
