There are multiple cases of the plage in the United States every single year. The most recent case here in California, was likely due to a flea bite in Lake Tahoe. Lake Tahoe is nowhere near LA, it's up in NorCal, LA is in SoCal. So, no. You're wrong. The plage is not here in LA. Stop spreading bullshit misinformation and actually educate yourself about the things you're talking about.
