A warm herbal tea blend for you that's red, romantic, and relaxing. All of these dried herbs below can be found at many herbal shops.
- Anise Star (one or two stars)
- Cloves (only a pinch)
- Elderberries (immune booster)
- Hibiscus Flowers (turns the tea RED)
- Holy Basil Rama or Tulsi Leaves (reduces stress / anxiety, smells good!)
- Rose Petals (get only from herb stores for tea use, please don't take from a store bought live rose because those aren't food safe)
For the elderberries to the rose petals, add a little bit of each less than a spoonful or more for flavor strength.
Hot water in your cup, let your herbal blend brew in your cup for ten minutes, add honey, and sip. Paired with some crackers or biscuits sounds good honestly.
