This is just a little something from the area that I live in. A local restaurant, that has survived the years. It is a place that everyone who was everyone would go and eat. Its home of the Pigs Dinner and other dishes. The pigs dinner is a7 layer banana split and if you can eat all of it your meal was free. The owner John B. White Sr. prided the place on being able to fill you up. Yesterday John B. White Sr. passed away joining his late wife.

That sounds like a wonderful restaurant, and well what he was great. It has given me a whole lot of wonderful ideas to mull over for our new restaurant :)
