Sometimes no matter how hard you try to be good someone spoils it. I guess this morning I just was pushed that much again. It's not very nice. One might say it's toxic. Broken. I still can't shake the feeling off which doesn't feel nice.
This morning my sister had her ever so grateful speeches against me. And I sorta took it to heart. Then I got one of those annoying stress attacks. My chest hurt and I couldn't breathe. It's so stupid. So freaking mental, yet all I want to do is be away from people and go to bed. I hate this feeling for eating away at me. I just need to breathe. Breathe. Breathe. and forget it all.
