My eyes are wide open,
yet no one sees.
I see things,
I know things.
I hear things,
I know I shouldn't.
Believe things ,
most people wouldn't.
Things to embarress,
are you red?
Things to scare,
the things you dread.
I am old,
yet young.
Aged,
beyond my years.
You think you know me,
you don't.
You can't,
it's impossible.
I know your hopes,
your fears.
What makes you cry,
what makes you feel.
I know so much,
I hold no fears.
What is it like to be innocent,
to be free?
People say,
your're only as old as you feel.
I feel old,
to old to count.
Have I ever had innocents,
ever been free?
I dont' remember,
does that make me bad?
