Seeing as I'm in danger of speaking like a lolcat very soon, my plan is to take a couple of paracetamol for muh headache, then take a nice long hot bath and plan what to do with the rest of my day.
One thing which I will be doing is trying to track down the journal that showed you the html code to get the background in it. And then I need to find out how you display it like it is in my profile, you know, fully transparent?
If anyone feels like dropping me a message tellin' me how I would be ever so grateful. :)
And then I'll resume trying to download photoshop from Angelus (bless him, the man's a saint) and do some cleaning up.

I HAVE PHOTOSHOP!!!! OH yeah! :D well, sorta. It keeps sending me an error message saying it can't find istallation languages.........but hopefully if Angelus isn't too insane from helping me, it should be ok, and you'll all have some lovely pics tomorrow.

Well, it's been a while since I've made a night-time visit to VR, and I have to say it's quite nice. It seems *slower* somehow, more relaxed. Maybe it's because everyone has finished work for the day and they can relax, therefore making VR relaxed.
Yes, I'm babbling once again. But I am the Queen of Babbling. :P
Today has been quite good, although there was some bad parts. This is just VR related. Offline day was boring but fine.
We had a kind of brainstorming session of a few coven members today. It cleared the air of a few issues, and we really got down to discussing how to make our Coven fun again.
I can't wait to see how everyone reacts to the idea's we though up. :)

I need to get some new batteries for my cordless mouse. Trying to rate things with a touch pad is VERY annoying.
I also need to find my cordless mouse. It's gotta be somewhere in my room.

Yeah, pets and children are what I'm interested in working with. They're nicer than adults. ;)

Just poppin' my head in for a few seconds. I'm waiting for the trial version of photoshop to download, which, hopefully this time it will. I didn't have enough space on my disk drive before.
Anyway, while that's doin' that, I'm going to be getting on with cleaning the entire house Kinda easy when you consider it only has six rooms. ;) That shouldn't take too long to do.
And after all that is done n dusted, I'm going to have myself a lil' play with photoshop, and think up some idea's for my profile design. I kinda want it to fit in with the background CountessMoon designed for me.
Any idea's of content peeps?
Also, I'm on holiday from work friday and saturday (woot) so I might be online then.

I've been thinking..........and I want to re-do my profile. (yeah, again. Yeah, I am prepared for the anguish html codes will bring me *wink*) It needs to be......different........different content. So, off I go into the wonderful world of colour codes, picture re-sizing, fonts etc. The background I am SO keeping. CountessMoon really is wonderful with photoshop. :)
Oh, and different music on the music player. Gah, I just realised exactly HOW much crap I've set myself. *grumbles* ;)

Ok, I have a computer related problem. And I'm a total technophobe, so I need all of you to help me.
My DVD drive (drive C:) isn't working, Not at all. It won't *read* that I've put anything in it. Not a dvd, cd, or game disk.
If anyone could tell me whats wrong, and how to fix it, I'll be very thankful. :) I have a new game I NEED to play on!!!!

Ok. First off, this is going to be a kinda long entry. So get settled, get your coffee or whatever, and get ready. Secondly, this is going to be a whining *ARRRRRGGGH!* entry.....just to warn you. But I just needed to get it off my chest. And this is the best place to di it without being out into a mental institution.

Right. So. A lil' background on the fantabulous being that is Crow. I LOVE Ancient Egypt. Anything to do with it. I have done since, well, before I can remember. I've always felt an affinity with the land. My mum knows if there's ever any programme on about Egypt, we HAVE to watch it, otherwise there will be an almighty hissy fit from me. ;) I can regularly spend a whole day in my local museum, in the Ancient Egypt section. And not move. Just stay there and look at all the things over and over again. All the employee's there know me by name. :) I guess I just feel like I'm home when I'm there. My room is stuffed full of more that forty books about Egypt, fifty plus statues, and is also decorated like a tomb.:) So.....by now....you should get the drift I'm what you would call an Egyptophile. :)

Well, my mum's friend Su called yesterday, saying that her company were doing a coach trip to London, and would mum and I like to go? OH.MY.,SHIT. My heart nearly stopped. The British Museum!!!!!!!! The Tutankhamun Exhibit at the O2!!!!!!!!! (He is by far my favourite pharoah) So......I called work, asking if I could have my holiday from next Saturday moved to today......and guess what Andy, my boss said? NO. Completely and utterly. Nothing could change his mind. I was crushed. I know I shouldn't have got my hopes up....but......lord, Tutannkhamun's treasures!!!! HOW many times in your life would you get to see them????? *sigh* I think I cried all my tears last night. There's none left now.

But, at least, for the next one, Su is going to let us know in advance so I can have the day off. And I totally have a programme of events.

I realized that I've mentioned the walk I go on with my dad every Sunday quite a few times, so I thought I'd put up some pictures to show you the real reason I'm in love with Bradgate Park.
Now HOW beautiful are those ruins???? *happy sigh* I can literally spend a whole day in there. I LOVE them! I just like the sense of peace, and tranquility. I walk around the rooms, trying to imagine which bit was what. :) It's amazing to think
that I'm standing in the ruins of a house that is four hundred years old, and that was home to Lady
Jane Grey, Queen of England for just nine days before being beheaded in the Tower of London.
And......just to let ya know.....it is NOT fun to have one of these things behind you.......but it is breathtaking when you see the whole herd gallop past you. :) It also produced this lil' gem from my dad: " Look! A glock of falloping deer!" *snrk*

He's not our favorite person. But, he is my favorite person today :). I just received a cheque for £139.15!!!!! Yahtzee for tax back!!!! :D That's a nice lil' sum to squirrel away for the holiday.
Also, I figured out a plan to go to my aunt's house, God willin'. And yeah, it IS a patented Crow plan- so expect it to make NO sense what so ever. Mmm'kay, here it is:
My boss, Andy, did say to me, well could you come in and do five to eleven on the Saturday instead? Now, I'm not sure if he meant a.m. or p.m. Neither are excellent, coz of the fact my aunt lives a two to three hour car journey away. I wouldn't be able to do p.m. coz (duh) I'd be in Lancashire. A.m., however, would be a bitch to do, but still do-able. I usually finish work at eleven p.m. on a Friday night. So I'd get little to no sleep. But, Im'a but my begging hat on, and explain the situation for him, and see if he'll relent. Maybe let me finish earlier tonight, if I'm going to go in at five thirty. -_-. Mum said *You can sleep in the car* :P bless.
All we gotta do now is see if someone will look after the cats. 0.o.
Told ya myplans are never simple ;)
