what you will need:



portrait of your favorite persons or pet



framed glass (plastic for children craft)



contact paper with stencil blades



adults cut for kids



glow in the dark invisible dye



tacky clear glue



Adults only :etching compound



(optional gold or silver leaf)



black light



spray bottle







contact reverse image from portrait onto cleaned and dry glass smooth onto glass.



With the execto blade carefully cut out the lines you want visible be sure to clear the exposed area of residual tacky.



if using etching compound lightly dust baking soda on the contact surface



for children mix dye into tacky glue and paint onto stencil of mist onto stencil



wait to dry slowly with a moist cloth corner rub-off the contact paper stencil



for etching compound brush on and use baking soda to control etch use gloves and eye goggle cautions



after the image settles use a light cloth corner with thinner or organic degunker



gold leaf or silver highlights and dye the rest misty visible under black light



for added frame effect use a shadow box with a glass panel at the bottom over a photo







for Hollywood type haunted window effect use a whole pane of glass with a black light lite room for the spook in the window,an image on misted onto the curtains with a fan create a shimmer like movement.
