I was having a fantastic day right up until a moment ago. Mehh....whatever....women.....bahhh!!!!

Another lovely, quiet day. Mostly of personal reflection. Oh, and lawn cutting. damned stupid lawn/weeds*



So, another year has passed. I didn't really take stock of my life or anything today. Mostly just had cake, really. It was chocolate and it was delicious (Thank-you Andy and Kirsten). Beer with the neighbour. He's a card! Really fun conversation. And, it just occurred to me that I'm really wondering who in the hell would actually bother to spend the few seconds to actually read this crap. Sorry folks!!! It's not really very entertaining crap this evening. Oh well. Like I started this with, it's been another quiet day. I actually forgot it what day it was until my oldest son woke up this morning and wished me a happy birthday. I actually surprised myself with that one. I sat and thought, for a few minutes, "what the hell?". The world didn't stop and take notice. Traffic wasn't suddenly in my favour. All in all it was just another ordinary day, and I'm pleased about that, actually.

I've moved out of the city and I officially enjoy the peace and quiet. Life today is much better than a month ago.
