You dont get fevers with chronic migraines.But if you have terrible headaches and fever,you might look into meningitis...If you had that though,I seriously doubt you would be online.
Could be just dehydrated.

I don't but I work for an ob/gyn and see a lot. Some medications can bring on migrains plus other female factors as well. Not saying that's it but hope its that simple for you and not something complicated
