32 minutes. Does it sound like a lot?



i was 32 minutes late into work this morning, granted i had been workign till 5am, but i was supposed to be having a meeting with my line manager for my final review so she was erm being a right bitch about it.



as well as the final formal warning (which i think she is really pissed isnt going her way) i now have a verbal warning for lateness... i shit you not i couldnt make this up if i tried/ wanted to.



2 weeks till i find out the final decision about my job, as i've said previously im at a very zen like point about the whole thing.

i Find out next week (24/04) whether or not im going to lose my job... im oddly unfussed either way!



On the one hand the "Zomg you might lose your job" crowd are up ina rms, "How can you not give a shit your going to lose your job? seriosuly its drasticly bad."



Im of the opinion that if its meant to happen then fuck it, i cant stop the system. I'm feeling very philosophical about the whole afair, if it happens then i think its high time i re evaluate what i enjoy and what i do for a living...



Im seriously thinking of buying a plane ticket to the states and saying fuck it, so long Scotland... Part of me says my family, friends and my nature say it wont last, the other part of me you know the adventourous streak a mile wide are all screaming "WHATS STOPPING YOU?"



What is stopping me?



My friends? All of them are saying its an adventure and lifes more important, dont get bogged down with the ruts you get stuck in. Take a chance everyonce in a while and go for it, grab the new things and seriously get out. BTW can we come visit. :)



My Family?



They are seriously important to me, you have no idea how important they are to me. My Grandparents are getting older and im sure they would support me but i fear not being here for them.



My Mum and Dad, are of the same kind of opinion as my friends, if thats what you want to do then we will back you 110% if it makes you happy.



My Sister, when shes not stoned out of her tits thinks its a good idea and as above if it makes you happy whats stopping you?



My Real Dad?



LOL theres a funny one, as he's part of the past, a piece of baggage i checked into the lost property uears ago. I doubt he's gonna give a shit. after all we havent spoken since 2000



My GF?



Lol as you all know im single and have been for over 6 months.

Happy aniversary VR



3 years ago today i signed up, its been quite a journey. I've seen many changes in VR, i've seen some awesome things. i've been part of some truly great teams, who can forget the hellcats or the awesome coven of Lux under Yendor.



Its been an adventure and thats what life is all about.



*raises a glass* Heres to the next 3 years

:( pretty annoyed today, apart from a shit day at work i log into Vr and notice that some of the songs are no longer available on my playlist. Damn you licencing...



some of them fair cop but some of them are an actual blow to lose cause they actually meant something to my life, that i wanted to share.



I mean come on to f*ck why cant i have the late great elvis n a playlist? and Stevie Wonder (yes i know he isnt dead :P )

Still the mild annoyance that has generated cant really down me at the moment, the sun is shining outside, i got a text from a mate saying JD was only £13 a bottle and i have 2 waiting (in the fridge) so the weekend has officialyl started here :)



and its a fairly special one as well... 3 years ago tomorow i was sitting going WTH am i supposed to write, and wtf has she told me to come here for...

I finished work at 7 last night donned my leathers and went for a blast. Left my Mp3 player in the house and my phone, and just had some me and the bike time.



I forgot how liberating a feeling it was riding my bike, wind whispering through the visor, the most amazing sound and feeling when you give it a handful..



I blasted round Loch Lomond, had a bag of chip in Balloch. Watched the sun start to set over the loch then cross country and down my favorite road. Before rolling into the street about 10:30 last night.



Feeling very chilled out (and a little sore) today, really glad my boss is back its almost as if a physical force has been lifted.



Important dates for me:



3 days untill i turn 3 on VR



3 weeks and 2 days till i find out if im fired or not



5 weeks and 4 days till i leave the country for 2 weeks

(possibly longer, it all depends on April 24th...)
