Yup i'm on a slide again, GOD DAMMIT and here was me thinking it was all behind me!



The boss wasnt overly impressed with the 2 day sickness due to migraine and as a result i've got a disciplinary hearing date pending.



I've noticed some changes in my routine that are not helping at all. Im not eating properly, im not sleeping and when i finally get to sleep i cant wake up when my bloody alarm goes so im late for work... cue more ballockings from the boss...



im also drinking alot more than i've noticed before the usual few on a tuesday taken while playing pool is creaping up to a 30-50 quid night out (70-100 dollars or thereabouts)



hohum think it might be time for a docs appointment...
