I am on the slippery slope back to the darkness, its a daily battle to hold my self destructive side back and i'm exhausted from it. Thoughts of the bottle and or the knife are constantly in my mind, such hard work to hold them back.



As an interim measure i started taking St Johns Wart, untill i can find a doctors down here that can help me out.



What caused this slide? i have no idea, too much thinking, loneliness, my past as ever catching up with me. I dont know or i dont want to know?!

Was cooking dinner last night when the phone rang was someone from a company called Visas 4 america, they have recieved my application for an American Visa, he was polite asked me a few questions. Why America? confirmed basic personal details



booked me the stage one eligability interview with an immigration lawyer apparently only 5% of applicants are not eligable... the cost for this 3 hour interogation (sorry mean interview) £250 ($470) the interview is booked for 5:30 on the 20th June so wish me luck...



if i am successfull visa will cost anything from £450 - £3500 ($846 - $6580)

Stalled due to insufficient points apparently my lack of a decent second language is holding me back (profanity doesnt count as a valid 2nd language i've been told) so i have ordered a language course in French...
