I finally saw the Hunger Games. What a great movie! Needless to say that I've deconstructrd it into a critique of first world vs third world and how the upcoming rebellion of the book s is inevitable for the real world ad well. Leave it to me to turn a fantasy movie into a social statement.



Now I'm enjoying the evening eating home made queso that Seven made me and having a margarita.

It has been a good week.



Made it through my first accounting class and boy is that going to be a challenge. I am trying to figure out a nice way to tell my dad the CPA that I will be bugging him for the next few months with my homework assignment. Seriously who thinks income statements, balance sheets, and deducing returned earnings is fun? Did I mention that it doesn't get out till 10 at night and I'm up the next morning for work at 4:45am? Oh how this will be a long semester.



Got something awesome in the mail that made me ecstatic. It is moving to know there are people out there that are willing to go out of their way to do something nice for you just because.



Oh and Seven randomly decided to call a very famous coach and somehow the receptionist just transfered to him. He was very nice, professional, and apparently we are going to be getting a signed picture from said coach addressed to my step dad. I was shocked when Seven relayed the story to me and now I cant wait to get the item so that I can package it up with some other stuff for an early father's day gift for him.



It's the little things that made our lives complete. So many good people out there that make bright spots on an otherwise ordinary day.
