when i ws the age of 15 i was sleeping in the basement and i saw a spirit by the computer and it was white and was saying *help me find my little boy help me pleases the spirit moved the mouse and then she was gone and she never came back after that.



And now i have a cat he always looks at a wall and see the spirit in here and a lot of time he would go play with it. And then the room goes cold to the point where i get cold and my teeth are chattering and getting shivers up and down my spine.

Have you heard of the Crushing Spirit?A mantra to ward of spirits : Hummmm ah Hummmm The vibration stirs the ghost and they become "uncomfortable".I taught that to a friends daughter and she no longer feels the presence.
