Ingredients:

1 part love 1 part Hatred

1 part dream 1 part sweat



4 ounces of lust

2 cups of daydreaming

1 teaspoon of raw desire

a pinch of nostalgia



In a wooden bowl mix the four parts carefully, adding in the daydreaming bit by bit. Once well smoothed, add nostalgia and lust. When completely mixed add the desire. Let sit for 24 hours. When done, pour into heart and serve.
