That's a very good question. Runes are old germanic signs. If you research there are much and also several runes combined to one, that are symbols with a statement. Every rune has its own meaning, often such like strength, weakness, healing and everything between. Also runes are used as magical spells, often for protection against negativities, by those who believe in its working. It works through the believing in it.

Thank you for taking the time to answer ! Yes, I have studied the topic of runes some, I even started learning some. As it is written on my profile, I do practice wicca and such, and I have had my fair share of sigils and runes. The deeper question out there is, are there "vampiric" runes ? A special load of symbols that would be tied to us vampyres, to our culture ? I have not been able to find much thing that I could trust and see as serious about this, but doing researches on that kind of topic is always quite a long way, so I wanted to ask VR about it.

Not that I know. Runes are often used for protection spells such as against negative people or to safe the own inner stability. If there would be any vampire related in it, maybe just signs to protect against vampiric powers which are hardly to defend against, such as manipulations, love spells, energy draining...
But I don't know so much about vampires and their powers yet. Unlike me, you are a vampire, I guess you very much know what you are and what things you're able to.

Yes, that does seem about right. And of course, yes, if you had any wonders about our "kind" and all of this, I could gladly bring some light onto many things, I am always open to talking about this, as long as people are respectful
