And now, more females than ever before will once again unite, but this time they will place those in power at every level of government that controls its citizen's Way Of Life whole promote specifically female welfare and will reverse the damage done "legally" to them as in the past as History Continues To Repeat Itself having nothing new to write generation after generation to keep them ...... Occupied!
Really? Folks are allowing the media to hype them up over Supreme Court rulings.
I'm no constitutional or legal expert, but in simple terms, all the Supreme Court does is bounce the DESIRES of Citizens across the nation against the U.S. Constitution to determine whether this document, which was signed back in 1787 (almost 235 years ago) covers it or not and then give Judgement.
* INDIVIDUAL FREEDOMS ARE ALLOWED AT THE PLEASURE OF THE AUTHORITY THAT GRANTS AND PROTECTS THEM
From the internet:
"Beginning with the iconic phrase, “We the People,” the U.S. Constitution is composed of the Preamble, Seven (7) Articles, and 27 Amendments to the Constitution, including the Bill of Rights—the first 10 Amendments.
The Constitution of the United States established America's National Government and Fundamental Laws and guaranteed certain Basic Rights for its citizens. It was signed on September 17, 1787, by delegates to the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia.
The Constitution of the United States is the foundation of our Federal Government. It is often called the Supreme Law of the Land; no law may be passed that contradicts its principles. At the same time, it is flexible and allows for changes in the Government."
- It contains The United States "Bill of Rights" which comprises the First Ten Amendments to the United States Constitution. The BOR specifically covers guarantees of Personal Freedoms and Rights, clear limitations on the Government's Power in Judicial and Other proceedings, and explicit declarations that............. "all powers not specifically granted to the Federal Government by the Constitution are reserved to the States or The People."
- It established America's national government
- It established America's fundamental laws
- It guaranteed certain basic rights for American citizens
- NO LAW may be passed that contradicts its "principles"
- It allows for changes in the Government
And what many people don't like is the fact that if the U.S. Constitution does not give the Federal Government the power to grant or deny something, then that POWER is left to the States or The People.
It clearly is not a PERFECT document, but it's what we have to work with.
Since the Constitution was ratified in 1789, hundreds of thousands of bills have been introduced attempting to amend it. But only 27 amendments to the U.S. Constitution have been ratified, out of 33 passed by Congress and sent to the states.
Ratification is a principal's approval of an act of its agent that lacked the authority to bind the principal legally. Ratification defines the international act in which a state indicates its consent to be bound to a treaty if the parties intended to show their consent by such an act.
Federations usually require the support of both the federal government and some given percentage of the constituent governments for amendments to the federal constitution to take effect.
Why be upset with the Judicial Branch (i.e., The Supreme Court)?
They did their job and presided over legal case challenges and made judgments.
From the internet:
"As the final arbiter of the law, the Court is charged with ensuring the American people the promise of equal justice under law and, thereby, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution."
The only ways forward, as far as I know, are:
1. Amend and Ratify the U.S. Constitution to the will of The People as it has been done in the past.
2. Congress and the President create and pass Law(s), IKW the principles of the U.S. Constitution, to give The People what they desire.
3. Move to a different State with Laws that are more in line with your way of life.
Them Haters don't like me
When all I ever did was speak my mind
And made a lot of money
It ain't my fault that you're mad at me
And I don't know why, why
I can't help that you're so angry
And I don't know why, why
Is it because I'm everything you can't be?...
So while letting the puppy dogs out for nature calls since at 90 Degs(F) it's a bit too warm to have them outside for long periods of time, I peeped the swimming pool and just like that decided it was time for the first swim of the Summer.
And the reason they are so Angry simply makes me ROTFLMFAO!!!!
Truly understand that their Reality of Toxicity is the fact that Other Humans Exist & are continuing to be born Daily and they feel they have Zero Control over Anything in their Life!
The issue is that these Other Humans don't "Look" as they do nor "Speak" the language they were taught to speak.
So it's like, let me get this straight.....You're mad because someone else popped out of a random vagina, just like you did, but they look and sound different than you?
Oh and let's not forget where Anger comes from.
Anger comes from Fear.
So you're afraid that because YOU got shoved into a different meat-suit and raised by different people from a different culture that MAYBE.... somehow, in some way, shape, form, fit, or function, YOU may have caught a raw deal?
That they may secretly be BETTER than you and your "kind".
So you go to the very Extreme, bringing all kinds of Toxic Chaos to your life and the lives of others because of your fucking petty INSECURITIES!
Much like a village, our society votes for those that create, enforce, and judge our laws.
However, from state to state, minimum age requirements vary.
Maybe one's urban city politicians decided 18 years of life is too young to have its closely congested citizens with a wide range of personalities and mental health issues be able to legally own a weapon, however, in a rural environment where wild animals roam freely and the distance between a citizen and first responders is much greater so prompting an earlier requirement to be able to legally own a weapon at 18 years of age doesn't seem that odd. In fact, it may be a necessity.
The Federal Government establishes laws for all 50 states. Break that law and risk a Federal Prosecution.
The Individual States establish their own individual laws for their own citizens to adhere to in addition to those established at the Federal Level.
However, apparently, Individual States can opt to NOT Enforce Federal Laws the Individual States feel are a drain on their resources and hold little to no value in the grand scheme of what society should consider "Offensive" in the nature of the act.
Whether in a state where mass shootings have occurred or simply being informed of it, the country, in general, feels it's a "Negative Act".
Therefore, SOMETHING.....ANYTHING....in the form of ACTION(S) must be done.
In My State:
- State laws regulating age limits for marriage are generally similar, although California is one of just a few states lacking a minimum age for marriage. However, minors (under the age of 18) must obtain both parental consent and a court order before they may legally tie the knot. Although couples seldom get married before they reach the age of majority, it is made available primarily to allow pregnant minors to marry.
- To legally be able to be employed one must be at least 14 years old.
- To legally join the U.S. military one must be at least 17 years old.
- The legal age of consent is 18 years old.
- To legally buy a house one must be at least 18 years old.
- To legally buy an automobile one must be at least 18 years old.
- To legally buy tobacco products one must be at least 21 years old (18 if active duty military).
- To legally join the local police academy one must be at least 21 years old.
- To legally drink alcoholic beverages, one must be at least 21 years old.
- To legally buy cannabis products one must be at least 21 years old.
- To legally buy a gun one must be at least 21 years old.
So the proposals put forth by the House, at my age, with the legally purchased weapons I own, would have zero effect on me.
I don't even own a "Bump Stock"....Why would any citizen "NEED" one? We can't always have what we "WANT".
My prediction is that 'Common Ground' will be found and that both houses will pass some form of 'Common Sense Bill' to the President to sign into law to improve Gun Control across the country.
You know, I'm sitting here High-ly Medicated wondering when will Females in this country find a way to UNITE and DEMAND that Laws that are Male driven in which dictate what Females can and can not do to their own bodies when it relates to having had Males participate in The Act prompting a decision that has to be made, be tied to a Trigger Law that must require Legal Action be taken by the Males?
A Male impregnates a Female and the Female wants an Abortion for any reason.
If the law prevents her from doing so, then the Male who impregnated her should be required by Law to provide 100% of that child's support for between 9-18 years.
A Male impregnates a Female and the Male wants the Female to obtain an abortion for any reason.
If the Male request that the Female obtain an Abortion for any reason and she is legally able to do so, but refuses, then the Male who impregnated her should be required by law to provide only 50% of that child's support for 18 years.
A Male is found, by overwhelming evidence, to have raped and impregnated a Female.
If the law prevents the Female from obtaining an abortion, then the state or federal government should be required by law to provide 100% of that child's support for 18 years.
The Male should not only be subjected to the legal ramifications of such a heinous act, but should also be required to go through a form of Castration.
Females should UNITE and Fight Back!!!
Males out here telling Females what they can and can not do with their own bodies......What Fucking Year Is This?
Ahhh this topic....Every woman should have rights to do with her body whatever wants, abortion should be legal until 6 weeks of pregnancy! I don't need stupid government to decide should I have baby or not. What if I'm raped? What if baby daddy is idiot who doesn't have job to support his ass so how he will support my baby 18 years? What if I'm not ready? What if mom is drug addict or prostitute?......Abortion should be legal and women should have rights to decide about that .
