Have you ever been in
so much pain
you want to scream
life seams
like a nightmare
instead of a dream

Know how it feels
to say silence is pain
day after day
it stays the same

Like an unwanted guest
that you could put to rest
upon request

Do you know what it feels like
to have nothing feel real
wishing today
did feel like yesterday

Have you ever thought
of your life
and when you were done
you were left wanting
a refund

Have you ever felt like
you were alone
better of unknown

Can anyone relate
am I the only one
if I ask for help
would everyone
hesitate

These are just some
thoughts that reoccur
day to day
just wish the pain
would fade Away
