A nice article to be sure. I would like to learn more about the act of drawing out the energy, and physically doing it mentally as the process is pure visualization. Can subtle gestures be discreetly used to enhance the visualization for beginners? I read in Michelle Bellenger's book that she utilizes the visualization of tentacles being created and attached to you and this is what you employ to drink the energy and return it to yourself. What do you think about this method? Let me know how you do it as I am eager to learn and sample various methods from different friends.
