I woke up haven a dream which can come to reality though I usually dream I'm running in to old cabin in the woods. What does this mean?

Her heart pounds as she's being chased by inner demon of the night she hides into this cabin resting for a moment trying to think of a better plan then this. Her foot aches from almost twisting it from the damn tree stump. She missed it being so dark she can not see "she has a lighter lights up her cigarette and smokes filling the darkness with her own breathe.
