I really hate filling out profiles. I never know what to say about myself with out boring people to death. So here goes..
My real name is Wendy Michelle. My family are the only ones who really call me that. The name most people know me as is Blade's Kiss. It's my magickal name and there is a long story about how I found it and why i feel in love with who gave me this idea...
My friend Rachel has been talking about this site for a few months now. She has been telling me I would really like it here. I really don't like being in groups, b/c of all the issues I have had with people in the past. She was over one day and wanted me to watched a interview that vvSoulshroude gave. I was in total awe and joined up the next day. He had a honor and a truth about him if that makes sense...Now on and off Rachey stays with me at my house..
I am hoping that this place is the missing something that I have not had in my life for a long time. A place where there are no judgments, drama, or power plays. A place where I can be me and not have to cover up who I am. For to many years I have been judged for years over stupid things. I was pushed into a corner to many times and have been insulted about things like my faith, being a military wife, my political views and for whom i love..
I am almost 31 yrs old on the outside, but in the inside I have always been older than my age, if that makes sense.
I have never had the need to hang with people my own age. I have always walked my own path and sometimes it seems like it's miles away from everyone else's... When I was in high school most people my age where out partying and not having a care in the world. That never made any sense to me and it just wasn't worth my time. At 16 I was working 30 hours a week saving money for my future and waiting for my soul mate to walk into my life.
I have two of the best kids on the planet( but what parent would brag about their kiddos). Both of my children are very gifted- what people in my faith call crystal children. I have been told that I am a indigo child before I even knew what that meant and from what I am told crystal follows in after the indigo parent. They both are very old souls, older than mine.
My daughter Mya who is 5- has these eyes that hold so much promise and wisdom. She will be the protector of the family, I knew that before she was born. I was being told by seers all the time while i was pregnant, that Mya was going to be the fire, the defender with in our family. Mya has her familier already and they love each other. Her cat blitz sleeps with her, walks to the door when she gets on the bus for school and is in the window waiting for her to come home at 2.30 everyday. Mya loves to be out doors all the time, snow, rain, summer, she loves working with the fairies she tells me.
My son Austin is almost 10 and he has been reading tarot since he was 4. Austin is a empath just like his momma. He has worked with dragons since he was 3 yrs old. His main spirit guide's name is gold dragon and has been with him 7 yrs.
They both can do reiki healing with out ever being taught how. They work on out animals, friends and on me when my fibro and mfpds is hurting me..
My family and I have a great love of animals. Some how animals that need healing, or a loving home always seems to find us. We share our home with 4 cats, 2 dogs and a very loud parrot named baby.. All but two where from farms, pounds, or where hurt when they came to us. At night I always have at least 2 cats and a dog in bed with me. If I am in pain- more and more cats get on the bed..
About ten years back after the birth of my son I became very ill. No one had any idea why or what I had. I went threw doctors, shrinks(I just love them!!! Ugh) pain clinics you name it. It was finally after the birth of my daughter they found out I have myofascial pain syndrome and soon after that I was diagnosed Fibromyalgia. They think it was cause by a very bad doctor- who tried to put a epidural in my spine over 14 times... Every day is a battle of pain with insurance companies and pain clinics to find out what is going on with my back. Going to a spinal doctor this week so wish me luck!! Soon after getting the diagnoses I got sick of being the doctors Ginny pig and started learning reiki and herbalism.
Since then I took myself off about 14 different meds and am only on 5(one i have to take life term). I am still on some meds for pain- some days are good but others suck.. I want to be as normal as I can be for my kids sakes and my sanity. I am a reiki master and teacher as well. This month I will be on my way to becoming a cert. Herbalist.

I have been married for almost 11 yrs now, but it seems so much longer than that. He has always been there In the back of my mind. Back when I was a little girl I knew I would marry a military man. I always say most people don't get to meet a hero, I married one.The day I heard someone say his name at once I said I am going to marry him. Odd yes I know..How odd is that just one person can be your husband, lover, best friend, hero, and soul mate all rolled in one?? Most nights before bed I just watch him and trying not to breath.. I am so scared that one of these days I will wake up and this will all be some great dream I had..
We are so much different, yet so like. My husband is not the same faith as I, in fact his faith is the opposite
of mine. We take a lot of crap from others who don't know us b.c of this. We always get asked how do you make that work??
We don't know how it just works.We love each for who we are and our faith is part of the person we are.So how could we not love that part of each other..
I guess what really hurts and bothers me so much is the people that give us the most crap are people with in my own faith..I don't know maybe its the area I live in, b.c I hope to goddess its not like this every where. Pagans are not supposed to be so judgmental or at least that's what i thought. I get it from all angles- how can you be married to a soldier and call yourself good pagan?? Or how can you stand being married to a Christian?? I really try to be the better person and pagan. But where I live its all about who is the bigger better pagan or strongest witch. After never ending drama and gossip going around about my life or about anyone else they wanted to bash- I just screw it ended up dropping out of almost all the public pagan groups I was in.
I now am out on my own, I went back to the roots that drew my into my path for the first place.. I worked with my goddess
