In 1948 the French Fashion house of Nina Ricci created L'Air du Temps perfume. Robert Ricci wanted to expand their business with the addition of perfume. The original bottle was designed by Rene Lalique.
Hannible Lecter in the 1991 movie "The Silence of the Lambs" identifies L'air du Temps as a perfume worn by Clarice Starling. These facts are found in Wikipedia.
The name is difficult to translate and is said to mean anything from "something in the air" to "currently trending". The original bottle and many later designs display ethereal twin doves. So I've always had a visual of '' on the wings of time".

A little about me first off my name is Gemma Kay

I'm 100% pure Irish and I have the fighting Irish temper to go with it. I was also born a natural witch so magik is in my blood and I also get very deep senses about people as well as there past lives.

On a norm I don't put my gifts out there for the world to see ,because then you never really know rather people are your true friends or just there because they may potentially need you to help them somewhere down the line in there own twisted lives.

I have learned by my mistakes in the past out here in the human world ,but I should be able to express my true self here on VR. I truly hope this to be the case. I'm so very tired of being wrong because I always try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I'm looking for a place where there can be trust love and friendship with all walks of life. I'm here to learn about other cultures including my own. I want to learn how through forgiveness you can come out a better person, lover parent or friend.

It doesn't really matter what clan we come from or what culture, what really matters is learning how to overcome guilt shyness and hate to become better leaders followers and genuine people all together and to take what we have learned in here and introduce it into our everyday lives out in the real world. I think we all need purpose to move forward in life and make us better people all together.

I once really had a warped way of thinking and if it didn't include me winning or getting over ,it wasn't worth my time to mess with it or humans for that matter. I had a heart attack a couple years ago that left me with a lot of questions about life here and rather or not there was a real after life for us once our spirit and souls left our host bodies. I actually left VR for a very long time because I was trying so hard to be what everyone expected me to be.

A while back I went to a regular Cardio appointment and they rushed me over to the ER, even though I thought I was just fine, but there was a lot wrong with me apparently. I had a serous stroke and they were trying to keep me calm so I didn't have another heart attack well they did that but my brain just shut down and I went into a comma for 9 days and honestly it felt so good there without pain suffering and no confusion that I didn't really want to come back to this terrible world with all these mean cruel and judge mental people.

After nine days my grandmother told me I had to come back because I wasn't finished yet ,so my whole family locked arms and pushed me back into this world of such utter hate and discontentment. I have almost no memory of my life before the coma, Anyway my point is maybe I'm not meant to know all the things I can't remember, maybe it's a blessing and I'm not ready yet to remember. Just maybe I'll never remember. Who knows.

All I'm saying is be kind to one another and love your fellow neighbor no matter how strange they may seem to be and no matter what never give up on your friends and family over minor disputes, and treat your fellow Coven and Mentorship friends on here like family because so far I see a lot of love trust and good people on here, so don't forget that because on here in Vampirerave these people are just your extended family who mainly understands you better than you sometimes know yourself.

Always believe in yourself no matter what other people think or say. You are the ruler of your own destiny not some cards or people who want to charge you to tell you about yourself and the Cards are only good for that very moment in time because with every decision you make moment to moment you change your destiny because for real your true destiny hasn't been written yet you do that everyday with every decision you make in your life . I'll be adding to this profile very soon but first I'd like to take my own advice and get to know the people on VR if that's ok with everyone.
