LaPetiteMort in English translates to "The Little Death". The French phrase also has a different meaning, if you think you know the answer I'll give you a cupcake ;)

This profile is going to be very simple. A profile is described as "a set of characteristics or qualities that identify a type or category of a person or thing". So I am going to give you some tidbits about me without a bunch of clutter of which I abhor.

I am extremely forgetful, in fact I will probably forget I have this profile from time to time lol.

I am having a torrid love affair with chocolate. And chocolate seems to love me back just as much, why else would it hang on and on and on.... :P

Heroes? Nope afraid not. You won't find any of that "my grandfather or my English teacher taught me this or that" on this profile. Everything I know I learned the hard way. And I'm still learning.

I am a Democrat. Do I vote you might ask? When the mood strikes me I'll say. I'm still waiting for a woman President. It had better be soon.

I really like the color red, it makes me feel alive. Nevermind that it's coined with anger and a bad temper as I have such a sweet disposition *coughs*.

I have an addictive personality. Not my best trait, quite troublesome in fact...

I am Agnostic. I was baptized Catholic, my mother was a devout Catholic but was excommunicated when she married my dad, a Jehovahs Witness. Such a sinner that mother of mine ;) A few marriages later and she married step-dad #2 who is the Reverend of The First Christian Church where they lived. Go figure.

My favorite flower is the Lily.

I believe in free will. You can make your own choices and every living moment of your life that is what you are doing. So take accountability of your actions and think about the choices you are making, your life and where it is going is up to you.

An ideal evening for me would be a bubble bath in candlelight, mood music and a bottle of my favorite chardonnay.

I love children.....as long as they are my own and not yours ~smiles~. Sorry I just don't have the patience.

Oh yes! I am honest, something that seems to be a novelty these days. I do try to use tact but that isn't always possible with me hehe. I appreciate a good debate, enjoy listening to others points of view even though I know that mine is the right one *grins*.

I am a people watcher. You will see the most amazing, outlandish, disgusting, comical, ridiculous....yeah, you get the idea, things if you just step back and watch. Free entertainment for hours.

I am a lover of art, mainly paintings and sculptures from the Romanticism Period that began in the late 18th century. I really can't say that I have a favorite artist, I just like what I like.

There isn't a day that goes by that I haven't had my nose in a book. My preferences are Mystery, Thrillers, Paranormal, Horror, some fantasy and Sci-Fi and biographies.

I read Journals. I am addicted to them. I would rather peer into your little world from the outside than to speak to you in a message truthfully, it's much more honest.

And in case you haven't figured it out this isn't my only profile on here, I have two others at Sire. I was the previous CM of Complicit Dualities for 6 years until one day I decided I no longer wanted the responsibility and passed it on to my good friend Heartstrings.
