Every relationship has its ups and downs whether it is with friends or family members.

Anyone can make you feel as if you aren't good enough.

Ways to better yourself:

Step One: Really find out your goals, and push for them, don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it.

Step Two: Do some real searching of yourself to find out who you are.

Step Three: Accept your faults and imperfections, every one has them. They make you who you are and DON'T accept put downs. People only throw them out there because they're insecure.

Step Four: Take a look at your friends, do they ever make you feel bad about yourself? If so, confront them.

Step Five: Learn from your mistakes, and those around you.
Step Six: Have a few close friends and family members to support you through bad times. Whether its a death or break-up or even if you're just feeling down.
Sometimes It's hard to pick yourself up after you've fallen. Support is key. If ever you're feeling down, feel free to message me. I will listen and help you work through your problems. And if you'd like, i'll share my experiences, hope this helped.

xoxo
Nikita

Being in any relationship regardless of it's dynamic is about being loved. The definition of real love is "allowing a person to be who they really are without having a need to change them to suit yourself."
The problem with that and ultimately the reason we have problems with finding true love is that we learn very early in life how to please others. It starts with our parents and graduates to our teachers, other adults, siblings, even our bosses. We learn to behave in a way that pleases those people based on how they respond to us. The result is that most people end up loving you for who you pretend to be and not based on your own feelings of who you really are inside. To keep their love, you keep pretending... You keep performing for them and before you know it you yourself become lost in your own pretence... locked in an image, an act.

If you want some one to love you, you first have to be who you really are.
