I did meet one romanian family when i was 24 and was visiting to elephanta caves on island in my city Bombay, with my wife. we were on launch and talked very nicely they are very beautiful peepal very educated and that family that guy was atomic research scientist and was visiting to India in regard atomic isotopes in which Indian institutes and universities are very ahead. that family talked very nicely as if we two families are family friends from years. I did not sense any vamp or dark sort of attitude. theywere purelight side and not polishing self of the vampire lure.

when I asked, anything negative about the India in international. remember that era of 1992. he revealed me that India is far ahead in the application and research on atomic isotopes. and the one rigidity only that India is not opening their atomic research centers to the others or common. I told him that how could a nation would open the most dangerous and most confidential institute to have bad eye on it. they are opened to their student and the students enter in these institute with proper degree of eligibility by qualifying in the universities. I was not wrong that time and we know the atomic instrument how can be danger ifit fall in hands of either mafia or terrorists or non-atomic nation... coz even 1992 the dark shadows of cold war did not end and thanks to brave Russians they took bold step foreseeing the danger of stretching the cold war in complex of machines and advance science they foreseen that if they don't take step the mass destruction such as of atlantis and rama kingdom may repeat again.
