The evil, demonic Hell-Lord Mephisto comes from eons ago. He is the first of the Hell-Lord's and one of the most powerful. A huge, evil demon who steals souls and tortures them in his Hell-like dimension.

Legend has it however that Mephisto was actually the first Deviant to have been created by The Celestial's on Earth during The First Host and was never a demon to begin with.

In this one-shot crossover edition, Cyblade and Elektra plan to take out Mephisto's lieutenant.

However he turns out to be Heatwave, who is an ex-Navy Seal. He was once a member of Cyberdata. Eventually, Heatwave was freed, becoming the leader of Cyberforce Team instead.
