The Doctor Who Appreciation Society is the principal organisation for fans of the television series Doctor Who. It was founded in May 1976, emerging from the Westfield College Doctor Who Appreciation Society and the editors and readers of the fanzine Tardis.

DWAS has thousands of members and enjoyed an ongoing relationship with the classic series and later with BBC Worldwide. It is the longest running organized fan network in the world.

The society provides a monthly magazine, the Celestial Toyroom, and merchandise discounts for its members. The site includes interviews, news, reviews and articles.
