Link between psy and premonitions.

Whilst talking to a friend and VR member we got onto the conversation about religion as most people do.
We shared our views them being an Atheist that life has evolved from the start of fish and has from then on changed to eventually a human. A believer that their is a higher power/being who shows themselves from time to time be it in dreams or a small signal from an event in day to day living.
I asked them what about their psy emotions how did that come about given that they are an Atheist to which they replied that as we had evolved from sea to land so to had our brains and that in pretty much was how their psy emotions were intuned.
This got me wondering as to what if their was another theory.
That agreed psy is an emotional sensory which could be viewed as possible sixth sense. Sixth senses for a believer that their higher powers are many things that present themselves to us in many ways and have over the years seen or heard reports/ documents in many events.
A premonition for instance is placed in a sixth sense and that it is also as time goes intunes to and can be used.
People who have these premonitions have been blessed/cursed as having these gifts. But being blessed/cursed with such gifts is also linked to higher being. Also sometimes that person is what is called an old soul who has been here before in another life in another time.
With these two theories in mind i would like people to put forward their views and opinions as to share what you think.
Are you or someone you know a psy and also an Anthiest or are you a psy who also blelieves in a higher being. If so what are your views. Are you a psy and someone who has other experiences in a paranormal sense? Do you think their is a connection in the theory or just two different sixth senses that are similar but thats as far as it goes?

At this point,I believe that premonitions,empathy and things along that nature are the products of entrainment.I also believe that we are all born with these ablilties ,thus the reason so many experience it.

I have one for you..in fact,it has been unfolding thruout the day as as we speak right here on VR.

my friend and I were talking a while back about her baby's birthdate.The baby was due..oh around the 18th or 20th of this month.So jokingly,I said"Hay,maybe he will be born on my birthday" and of course,we laughed and left it at that.
Today is my birthday and everything has been awesome.Just a short while ago,first,I get a comment from a friend in my journal about someone new to wish happy birthday to.At the same time,my phone rings and I answer...it is my friend calling from the hospital letting me know she had her baby.Then,I find out the time he was born.Just so happens,it was the same time I was born.

Talk about a great bday present!

But my question to you is,was it premonition? ;)

I also believe we are born with it, but we loose much of our abilities- eventually.

To be stable means to have our mind and world under control.
Now to control too much is hardly possible,
so children with the help of adults and other children slowly close the gate to the subconscious mind - the part of mind that is timeless and with huge info base- knowing what will happen in the future in the same way as it knows what happened in the past.

Sometimes, somehow though, the gate little opens.
Then we have premonitions and other psi phenomena.

The more we do the inner work- meditation, contemplation ect, the more we experience such things.

I think it could be.

Its on your birthday and the baby was born at the same time as yourself.

Its funny how we are guided in this world by the smallest of things.

Or,could it be that my thought was somehow made manifest?

I do believe in the Akashic record,and that sometimes ,we are able to entrain ourselves with it, whether we do it intentionally or by accident....thus,premonition.
And I believe it happens on a larger scale than we witness,as there are many who never say anything about their experiences.

Or,it could all be simply coincidence...

Premonitions, psychic abilities are all a part of the human being. Some more than others have the unique ability to hone their gifts to the point of being a "supreme" being. I don't equate "supreme" being with a "Creator" figure, since being entails the properties of a physical nature and for those of you who believe in a Creator that is omnipresent, omnipotent etc...etc... that does not figure into the scheme of things, so it is better to call the Creator that you believe in as an entity since an entity does not necessarily have to be in any form that is acknowledged as a thing you may recognize and apply a title to.
So let's not turn this into a religious debate but deal strictly with the human beings ability to utilize a "Sixth" sense that evolves into even greater abilities.

No mystical leap of faith or willing suspension of disbelief is required to accept the reality that we all possess an energy body.
Although this energy body exists in all of us some people are able to manifest it in different ways and degrees than others.
There are rare cases of human beings who have shifted their energy body into the foreground of manifestation to such an extent that for a period of time they appear to be closer to light than flesh and blood.
Our energy body has become the "Ghost in the machine" an elusive suspect that can't be measured in grams, centimeters, or any form of size in relation to power dynamics. Science finds that it is completely unable to explain the power of the mind and that it is more a function of the energy body than the physical one.
So knowing that there are genes in our body that are literally asleep, when one awakens that controls a specific function that is not normally seen in humans, a function that works in conjunction with the energy body/mind, it gives that individual a certain degree of upper human ability…depending on what the gene is capable of. Hence the X-Man. The comic characters who are born with super/other human abilities. The Mutants, the outcasts of society that people fear because of their abilities.
But such people are either kept from society and reared by parents of relatives that shelter them or are kept in control by the government and studied.
We are changing. ALL of us are changing, the children more so than the adults. The children see things, as we once did as children before our third eye was closed. And even adults, some of us may see things not necessarily because the third eye is still open, but because these things manifest themselves openly.
Although every human possesses the capability to transcend their daily lives of the norm, it is the ability to do so that deceives them into thinking otherwise. By that I mean that everyone of us is capable of utilizing the energy body, but the ability to do so, the thought of doing it and becoming a higher being without the intention of rising above humanity, is a amplification of the EGO, that is in actuality diminishing the very intention through a post-singularity or better yet a synchronicity, but the type referred to as an “acasual connecting principle” as described by Jung.
I don’t mean to explain this in words that juggle the imagination. Let’s just say that we all possess the ability to control and manipulate the energy body but in order to properly do so we must become one with self. Those who have a higher control of the energy body without utilizing any outside sources of grooming in order to control the force of their ability, will become erratic and are usually those that find themselves walking that thin line of madness or amplified Ego.
If you have the ability to see things before they happen, to see spirits, to feel the energy of approaching happenings before they actually come into play at a point of time where in they have been designated to occur, it is a gift not fully realized or utilized to its fullest extent. You can train your energy body through meditation, breathing and focus through your third eye. Complete control takes years and can sometimes be dangerous to you if you find yourself the paradox, "Moderation in all things, including moderation"

Although I do not think the government controls these X men, hell they can't even control their own army. They do pay them to perform tasks, experiments...thats why Chavez bangs on about agents giving him cancer. I wish they'd give Imadinnerjacket a serious headache, gas hit $4 here, largely because of that lil turd !

i believe everyone is born with it but some experience more than others. maybe its because some people are more open while others block it out. some can not block it out and are criticised about it, but the truth is that it happens to everyone at some point in their life

Remember also there are many outside influences that might hinder ones ability to access this record.So it might not always be that someone has "lost" their ability to do so,and is temporary.
I also feel while meditation helps many,it isnt required for some.

There are many within the Vampiric community who believe that all empathic / psi abilities are intimately linked to the evolutionary process... A basic code of information and abilities written into our genetic strands.

Some have access to these abilities and others don't... or perhaps they don't want to.

Let me explain...
We know that all animals are born with an inherited skill sets for which they simple don't need to learn from there parents. The skill is imprinted into there genetic code.
Most recently a study was done in Japan on apes, where by apes where taught a life skill and after several generations the baby apes where simple born knowing how to preform that specific task. Proof positive that information can be passed on in genetics.
Now move forward to the topic of psychic abilities and again we see animals with these same sets of abilities. A sixth senses for danger or the ability to sense internal injuries. most animals can sense catastrophic events or bad weather. We see these things in nature , we except them yet we choose to believe that these natural things are not something humans can do. Scientists say we are all part of the same evolutionary process yet when the topic doesn't suit them the attempt to elevate or displace human beings from that process.

If the science demonstrated with the apes is correct, then it could very well mean that what you choose to believe in maybe the very thing that is stopping you from having those kind of abilities.

Some of these "six senses" can be explained however...knowing when storms or earthquakes are coming for example,animals sense changes in the barometric pressures and can feel frequencies of storms.They are sensitive to geomagnetics and piezomagnetic fields ,and are also empathetic,like we are.It is a survival mechanism and begins when we are babies when mothers bond with their babies.So yes,its in the DNA coding.

I'm technically diagnosed with schizophrenia. I started having visions at about the age of 20 which threw everything else out of whack (paranoia, anxiety, stress in general). I was hospitalized and thrown on some medications that I'm still currently on so that I'm not overstimulated.
I'm an agnostic/theist. I'm on the fence, but like to believe there's something out there. It really can't be known if there's a higher power despite what you've experienced. I've seen an angel (very vividly), but angels are a cross cultural belief.
In regards to vampirism it's just as likely that IF it is a curse that some human evolved to stumble on darkness to inflict a curse OR that it possibly is "Divine". Evolution is just as likely as any God considering 14 species of pre-Homosapiens have died out.

I believe that empathy and other psychic abilities are correlated to a Psi-Vamp. I also believe that others can attain it. Through the power of their Will and Desire. Also, a vampire may have it.

Yet, if he/she does not use the abilities, one who does and is not vampire would surpass a vampire's ability. Thus, to not learn, and practice these abilities is the key factor, I believe; despite the fact that I agree with the psi-vamp correlation.

Others can attain it as well. And a vampyre lose it. Or not even know he/she has it.

I am not sure if there is a link but it seems reasonable, one thing I am 99% certain of there are different types.
I have limited empathy but under the right conditions I Project a rediculous amount. I have noticed when I am stressed I interefere with electromagnetic fields. In life threatening situations this blocks radio signals and appears to interefere with peoples cognitive processes. In real life this can be a real pain.
The good thing is this projection makes me easy to hear.

I have been wondering the same thing...... I have been called an empath before due to the fact that is almost like i can feel all the pain that the ones close to me feel at times. and i get crazy vivid dream and then a couple days later its like DE ja vue...

Remember ,emapathy is not a rare trait.We as humans are naturally inclined .
