It might help if you gave some more insight into the topic. A basic 1-liner doesn't explain anything. Who are the Angles, what religion, what theory, why are they fallen, where did this idea come from? And so forth.

This thread need to have more substance. I am not sure as to where your gathering your infomation or what lead you to believe there is a 13th fallen angel.
