I'm not a real big fan of anime. Some of it is pretty cool.. but i have to REALLY like it..

0_0 oooooooo mly kind of topic, i saw vampire hunter D it was cool i really loved how they mixed in the renasance like period with futuristic elements it was unique. as for blood the last vampire.... i was scared for a while after that movie cus they dont call it BLOOD for no reason there was alot of it. but as for vampire anime i dont know of any although i do know that "Dracula" makes an appearance in an episode of the anime called "Bastard" its pretty fun cus of the way he talks, he sounds like he just sucked on a bunch of helium LOL!

sorry, also not a big fan of anime. So, it is safe to say that I have never heard of this.

thought Blood was better than Vampire D ... but overalll both were pretty damn good ...

my TV doesn't have vampire anime on it at all....But I AM a fan of animes...I like the more classical ones like Gundam Wing and Teckno Man...

i would say one of the anime's at its best right now is The Last Exile its beautifly drawn and written i love the story line so far. oh and also another reason why im replying again here is that there is a vampire in "Ninja Scroll: the series" *the movie is way batter though*

Vampire Hunter D was the first vampire anime that I ever saw. I really got the taste for the animes now. I love the story lines that some of them have. And I love the art work and the time that goes into making one whole movie. And the imagination of those ppl who make them is awesome.

both movies were great but manny i have to disagree with you best anime out now is read or die, duo, or naruto

kamui i said The Last Exile was the best for the times right now with all the variety of anime being released, but if you involve past anime's well then hehehe i would have to say Cowboy Bebop is the best but hey its watever floats your boat lol

I also liked Ninja Scrolls. I also have a movie called Golgi 13: Queen Bee. It's a pretty interesting movie as well. Though there is no vampire in it.

I have seen vampire hunter d but i beliave hellsing is better than any that yall have listed considering i own most of them.

ya outlaw star is definetly in my top list, its an anime that helped me but thats another story anyways in outlaw star there is a changeling which was a topic once here in the VR threads, it was Asha Clan Clan that could transform into a brutal looking cat, i love outlaw star but ill stand by my Cowboy Bebop thanks ^_^

I would have to say that I enjoyed the original version compared to the newer version of Vampire Hunter D. I also love anime and prefer older movies, such as Crying Freeman. Yet I have seen Blood the Last Vampire, I quite like this one also. Different from others.

There is plenty of vampire related anime. Vampire princess Miyu, Nightwalker, Blood the Last Vampire, to name a few.

There ia also a sequel to Vamp D. Can't think of name right now though.

Have 'Blood the last Vampire.' very nicely done. Hunter D is on the list. "Oh my Godess" has some interesting story lines and "Rei-Rei" i thought was funny as hell. Last two are not vamp related, sorry.

i love vampire hunter D. one of my favorite animes for it was one of the first i ever watched when i was little. though i believe fire and ice was the very first... not too sure. but i love bloodlust and the others, and of course, i own them ^_^

both vampire hunter d films were great...i thought Blood was lacking...wasn't very long and it left something to be desired as far as plot goes....Vampire Princess Miyu is great too, depending on which episodes you see...sometimes it seems lacking as well....
i will keep this vampire trend going here....
i also tend to think a lot of the anime on tv is very dull...hence why i only watch inuyasha every now and then....

i think the second vampire hunter d had more going for it than the first one....though classics always seem to linger longer...... ;)

i dont read anime. the only one that i will read is hellsing because it is so bloody. other wise i cant stand anime stuff

Vampire Hunter D was great. Didn't care too much for Blood, though.

Vampire Hunter D, and Vampire Hunter D-Bloodlust are 2 of the best anime ever, exelent pics foryou, if youre new to anime.

I love the movies. Vampire Hunter D and Vampire Hunter D: BloodLust. Both very awesome, but I love the first one most. There is also a Vampire Hunter D video game for PS1. It is based on the second movie. CHeck it out.
