Ok I was wondering?? How can you tell whether or not you are truly a vampyre?

I mean what are some of the symptoms that you would have?

What type of feelings would you have?

Please let me know.

for me, it was the accelartion of the sexual instinct through being on the precipice of losing the sexual power.

my sexual desire are very high but I tend to just play more than anything. I have no idea why that is.

Well, vampires sometimes notice that people around themalways seem tired, or they may notice links to other people, with or without energy traveling down them, heightend senses, you may notice a "thirst" that food and water can't quench. There ar plenty more, but these are a few signs...

You can tell for certain if you without a doubt believe you are one. For some it is as simple as waking up in the morning looking in the mirror and proclaiming it.

Doesn't matter what abilities you have or color characteristics, if you believe to be one then to you you are.

Great point Morrigon - I think a lot of people think being human is underrated and that humans cannot have special abilites in and of themselves.
It's intresting though to hear how others discoved their vampireism.

I think you would see a difference in taste, and I don't just mean blood, but you would think and act differently too.

well i would say that u turn white, get sick when you eat food, can move fast as lightening, catch fire when u see sunlight, and are immune to bullets, cuts and have super human healing,lol well...... thats a vampire to me

i think to me you will start to get a sudden cravin for blood that will never go away. start getting into the biting. start getting hurt under the sun and get sharp teeth.

I can't see how that would happen that means every Vampire would not have a normal life not be able to go to work or function in the everyday world..is that possible for a vampire to not need to work or make some sort of living? Or do all Vampires work the umm "Graveyard shift" hehe

well I think you would just know when you start having a craving and the need for certain things.

I have that confusion too because I have read posts that different Vampires make and even they have thier own idea of a Vampire so it makes it hard to understand. I don't believe in Vampire's but I am interested in knowing why people claim to be a Vampire..Like psy Vamps...other than they feed off of other's energy, why do they call themselves Vampires. I'm trying to understand here and I most certainly don't want to disrespect anyone. Most people feed off of each others energy but this does not make them Vampires.

I am all about sexuality, that doesn't mean that I go out and throw myself on every guy, I don't, with that said, I do enjoy being sexy and using my sexiness to lure you in...I'm flirtacious and enjoy it and with that I don't do it to hurt anyone, I want everyone to feel good about themselves. Everyone has their own gifts, their own sexuality they use in one way or another and that to me, makes everyone unique!!

Yes, I think the label of vampyre is a personal choice. With practice almost everyone could learn to syphon energy from other beings.

See and thats exactly what I was trying to get at all this time...why I kept on asking and asking but if there are any other views on this I want to know. But the two posters above me are making alot of sense to me right now.

I agree Morphinedream that it is a choice. I believe that training can lead to a heightened ability and awareness of how to fulfill our needs.

You just know, you just feel it and then as it goes you get aware of some things you realise its there and you are, its kind a like birth insid eoyu that mkes you wake up and know it.

When a person "awakens" to the condition, it's often just a realization of what you are. The condition, to clarify, is vampirism, specifically psychic. And to provide my definition of vampirism, it's the need to take energy from others because of the inability to generate one's own. This energy can be taken psychically, or through small quantities of blood.

It is a simple and yet complicated feeling that one has during ones life span. If you do not feel this feeling of which many of you know what I am speaking of than you are not what you desire to know. Once you have felt what you long for you will know all the knowledge that one must know to live amungst the shadows.

how can you tell youre a psychic vampire as the stereotypical ones dont exist most likely.. unfortunately..:(
if youre aware or feeling better and more energized when youre around ppl and aware of needing/taking in their auric energy.. if you cant tell youre doing it chances are youre not really doing it
and this skill isnt special..the quality of pranic energy one gets from other ppl isnt very good..there are better sources for it
