Hello ..
I was wondering a few things and this is the 1st time i have had to opportunity to ask anyone such questions without judgement and ignorance.. so please will with me...
I have always had urges to bite and taste blood..
No not some odd blood fetish but taste it... I have drank my own a few times.. Its actually helped get ride of my migraines i just recently started getting.. The urges have been getting increasingly worse.. I am so scared ill hurt someone so i greatly suppress these urges.. My bf is really grossed out about blood in general so i obviously haven't asked him for any .. Someone told me there are donor sites out there but i don't really know about them.. I would be willing to return the favor if someone would allow me a little relief and blood.. but anyways tell me what you think please...
Please help and give me your input...
Much of vampirism begins with the question: Why do I believe I am a vampire?
Depending upon the sort of vampire you are and the lifestyle choices you make, you can find donors in a variety of ways. The best way, and the safest way, is to find other likeminded individuals locally who are going to teach you about the lifestyle.
Obviously, a place like the Dark Network is a good place to start, as there might be others on here that are well-versed with blood vampirism.
I myself am not a blood vampire, but rather a psychic vampire. Makes things a little easier since physical blood is not a requirement for me.
But I will caution you with this: if you consider yourself a vampire and are wondering if this is your path then do yourself a favor first and visit a doctor.
Migraines in particular are symptomatic of many other illnesses and are not necessarily a sign of vampirism. Please exercise caution in all that you do and ensure that you visit a doctor for an overall assessment of your physical health and condition.
The rest is up to you. Good luck in your hunt.
Oh and one other thing: I would avoid donor web sites like the plague. A lot of nasty things are blood-borne and the last thing you want is to become the victim of a bad online batch, as it were.
Ive been to the dr recently for them . They ran a bunch of tests.Said I was healthy just prone to migraines thats all ... They said some people are there is no real cause..
Just like with sex, make sure any willing partner who will let you drink their blood is STD free. The idea of drinking someone's blood or having them drink mine freaks me out. Fun to watch in horror flicks, but in real life I'm squeamish.
Depends.
I hope you don't actually think this is a website of Vampires.
Vampires do not exist.
Vampires in the supernatural sense don't exist, but there are people who like to taste blood or supposedly feed of energy and they live the vampire lifeforbidden. So some do believe they exist in that form.
Just as long as they don't confuse fantasy with reality. Those who actually believe that a man can grow fangs by will, and a woman can turn into a bat and fly about the air, belong in an asylum, no on a website of people with a like-minded interest in the *fantastical* elements of what Vampirism is.
Craving blood does NOT make one a vampire. You might not call it a fetish but many do have this fetish. Probably more that way than in the actual modern vampire community. Drinking blood is a minority activity and everyone I know will tell you NEVER to bite anyone. You can scar them, it's very painful and your mouth is a harbinger of disease. We recommend everyone be tested for just about everything including metals like lead , etc in the blood. Both should be medically tested. I know because of books, folklore and movies people think anyone and everyone who identifies as a vampire drinks blood. It just isn't so. Even the Temple of the Vampire which is not part of the mainstream community will not take in any members that drink blood. This is the group with the Vampire Bible. It solely applies to them and no one else in the general community. Many of your questions can be answered here:

This is an International organization with many articles translated into a variety of languages. Everyone in it is invited after they are suggested and voted upon in a blind voting system the prospective member knows nothing about. They are from all over the world and not just the US. The head of the organization is Merticus. This is the public site of the Voices of the Vampire Community.
I thought you would get blood from your own personal donor, by taking their blood by a syringe. You would need to ask about to get your own swan, to see if anyone is willing to give up their blood and become your personal donor.
Personally, I don't drink blood.
I am an eternal scholar, and am much more interested in the Folklore of the Vampires than an actual practitioner.
Vampires do exist, yet not like that of Hollywood or of role players. A vampire is a descendant of a Scythian-Celtic blood line, one must be born a vampire, you cannot be turned.
"We can say with confidence then that real vampirism was indulged in by living beings who, unerringly, were members of the pre-christian and anti-christian high nobility and royalty."
"In summary vampire in its earlier form - oupire - derives ultimately from the Galatian Uber, which itself is derived from the Aryan Upari and linguistically and contextually the Vampire - the witch or druid - was a Scythian High Queen or King: an Overlord."

I do not drink blood. I have only ever drank one person's blood and that was my ex-husband. He was my donor. If I find the right donor, I may do it again, but they would have to undergo a series of tests in order for me to do it. Too much disease out there.
