my question is this I am trying to build a Astral temple and have been having trouble with this can anyone help or give me some tips ?

i believe billythejust has put it pretty good if you follow what he suggest and put mopre focus upon your meditations you should be gaining that wich you seek

Billy the just's suggestion and theories are the best I have seen yet. I have a safe place that is a lake and in the center of the lake is a floating platform where I am safe, can relax and I am totally protected. Meditation and concentration has been the key for me.

I have a question:

Is it difficult to create an astral temple or safe area if you have Attention Deficit Disorder?

I think also some physical help in nutriment and liquids can also enhance your focus and make it easier for you. Like bresilian tea, white rice. And also at times if you can cover the ground with some ashes from encent of apple, strawberry, and spice then it will help your brain and body alot.

I wished that parents didn't raise their kinds in front of the TV but, o'well. The mind is getting too many signals and needs to be refocused on one. Draw a large circle on a piece of paper, then draw a large cross through it. Sit and focus your mind on the center of the circle where the two lines of the cross meet. This will do more than help. Take a break. Then build that temple. ;)

If you are referring to the drawing, yes. It is called the focus symbol it is one of several that are part of a healing technique similar to Reiki. I suppose now that I'm thinking of it that contemplating on a candle flame should also work. Hummm.

I have gotten lost staring at flames so many times.

I have zoned out watching campfires and fireplaces, and yes, even candles.

...I just have a hard time focussing on anything else at that time...LOL!

before you build your temple, you need to find the right place to build it. walk across the misty plain, find the path, and follow it to the mountains. pass through the cave, make your way along the tunnel, and out th other side into the valley there you will meet your guide who will show you where to build the temple. you need a good foundation.

karnstein I did that and my guide told me that for 1300$ an acer I could build just about anything lol but really thanks to all who have posted I am off to try a few of these things :)

Billy describes the technique that will work for several things in the Astral. This works great and is in general terms for you to personalize yourself. However, if you want the procedure step by step, only for the "Astral Temple," this is written in "Moon Magick" by DJ Conway. You can also find it in "Spiral Dance" by Starhawk. The latter should be in your collection. If not - add it.

spiral dance is excellent..so is billy the just's advice. know that if you try to do this with distractions , it will be hard. you really need a quiet , relaxing space..(if your a parent wait until your kinder are asleep. ;)

I was taught to go to the moon temple in training, however I found a rather old fixeruper so to speak. The river is of blood the view from my thrown is like that on my profile.
The place crawls with vermin called shadow beings I feed on there energy often, and im taunted by visions of my succubus who runs & hides well around the place laughing.
She makes up for it some nights.
