*Their intentions?

Or maybe not just exorcisms... do you know how to... well. If someone is possessed by a demon, how do you send the demon away?

they are a very touchy subject..
VERY few ppl could properly perform one....and they are not pleasant
hell even the vatican does an actual investigation before they will ok one

I don't really know any helpful info, but I know it is extremly difficult to perform one correctly, no normal everyday person couldn't do it.... Why is someone you know possesed?

They have to be preformed by preists with premession from the catholic church I believe....
It is very hard to get one done. The church will send a representitive to check out the situation to see how badly one is needed. It has to be pretty bad for them to ok an exorcism, because the church doesn't like to acknowledge evil, by doing that you're only giving evil power.

You need to do alot of research on that..

Pinklist - My boyfriend says I am.... he says there's been times I've tried to kill him and he's had to choke me until I passed out, and when I wake up I know nothing. It's strange, I'm not sure whether I believe him or not, since I have absolutely no memory of it.

I've tried researching and all, but I didn't find much. I'm at a dead end street asking passerbyers for help. (Was that even a word? lol)

They used to drill hole's in ppl's heads so the evil spirit could escape way back. I don't think ya should try that method though as both of the spirits normally leave hand-in-hand

I have seen one done and it is very intricate and does require a lot of faith but most of what I could say is not allowed on the rave anymore.

The Navaho have a cleasing ritual that rids those afflicted with bad Chindi (demons).

I would see a shaman or priest depending on your beliefs before trying anything as dangerous as an excorcism.

I remember when I was younger.. Late 80's early 90's I believe 20/20 did a show about an Exorcism. They broadcasted it on TV. I remembering watching it. I really don't know if it was staged or not. Does anyone else remember this?

The Navajo Rituals are called the Evilway or Hochiji and consist of several days of singing, bathing, sandpainting and other things performed by the medicine man. Not harmful but lengthy and you will spend quite a few days without a meal.

well you could watch the exorcist, its still a really good movie even if you dont really learn how to preform an exorcism from it.

She was suffering from epilepsy . She was CRUCIFIED (literallly) , deprived of food (stuffed a rag in her mouth) by the priest and some nuns for 5 days . They believed her to be possessed .

What you're describing might not be demons. I have MPD or now commonly called DID it's where I have different personalities that try to take control of me. It's a daily struggle. Maybe you might want to see a shrink before taking such drastic measures as a exorcism.

Names of the Demon would be a start. Knowing who you are dealing with. Depends on how you see fit with what is their.

The being itself.

To all the people who are actually, genuinely trying to help us, thank you. And to all the people who think I'm just a crazy jackass, hate to burst ya'lls bubble, but ya'll are sadly mistaken.

I have scars from where the demon and for all ya'll wanting to know her name, she goes by the name Sukagijien. I have scars from where she has tried to stab me in the heart and strangle me. And my mate has scars from where the demon tried to rape me and I refused, and she tried to stab or strangle me again, and I had to strangle my mate until she lost conciousness to get her back.

So to all you people who thought I was just full of bullshit, you are sadly fucking wrong.

Yeah... I don't really believe in a god, so they'd tell me I need to get right with 'the lord'. Not to diss them or anything, but they keep pushing me, and honestly I feel nothing urging me on. It feels like it would be like school. lol. No offence to anyone. =) Just my feelings.

i myself dont truely believe in possession *although i wont stuff with a oiuja board* why tempt the unknown but yeah maybe everyday stresses maybe not demonic possession although your other half mentioned a name reference it in every way and see what you can find out as for exorcism well a big step but we all travel our own paths i think they are hard to get help with maybe a psych is the go yeah sorry but alot of alternatives good people here.

Ok....

1. It is possible that you are possessed, but it is more likely a neurological disorder of some kind. In my teens, I had a few experiences that made me study this. Many people, especially those who already believe in the paranormal, will "shift" or "slide" into different personas to deal with emotions that they can't handle. While true MPD is actually extremely rare, this shifting is a fairly common phenomenon.

2. Exorcism is very dangerous and can be performed by very few people. DO NOT get exorcised! Most anyone who would claim to be capable of doing this is dangerous.

3. What are your spiritual beliefs? Look for cleansing rituals that fit your beliefs. I would be willing to help you find appropriate rituals if I had an idea of your beliefs.

4. I don't think your boyfriend is lying so don't take it that way, but I recommend keeping a camcorder or tape recorder of some kind nearby. If you decide to talk to a therapist, it will help to offer them some proof or examples of your episodes.

to perform one is extremely difficult the demons are complex and no ordinary mundane person could do one properly even the church investigates the cause before even going through the request to actually do one I believe you need to talk to an ordained priest or clergy who are experienced in the subject
