I've gone on a few "ghost hunts" myself. I was just wondering if there were any of you that have done this and what kinds of results you have had.

I've come away with a few EVP's but nothing really extraordinary.

Give me your thoughts?

I've been on 20 investigations, I've had nothing out of the ordinary happen, Just some really cold chils and thought i heard something but the recorder didnt' catch it.

I have been on a few and so far all of them still show no proof that ghosts are real.

I have done a few and have gotten some good EVP's. some of my friends can actually see the spirits but I have yet to see one

I have spooked self titled paranormal investigators, to study candid reaction to immediate occurrences that appear to be paranormal in nature.

I found it hard to accept that the testimony they related prior to our "hunt" was consistent with their reaction to basic crafted prop effects.

I post this to show when a Hobby crosses the line. Keep in mind these
researchers where getting grant money by the bucket from a few universities.

I have been on a number of these things with her and we got some good EVP'S just walking around some of these haunts in the area .most of the time we didnt hear anything with our ears .but on the recorder things would be there.its quite fascinating.

Oops! Wrong code! And it might help if I explain this one a little bit. This was an EVP that we got at an old home called The Dearing House in Potosi, MO.

If you listen, toward the end of the recording, just as you hear two people talking (DarkOsmosis, my hubby and his cousin) You hear a whispered "help me"

Yeah!yeah..just did my first ghost hunt about almost 3
weeks ago.I whent into this house where it was built
on a graveyard.whent into the big basment..and got a
tape recorder to record anything that i could not hear.
nothing was on it till the last 10 minutes on the tape.
It was a 60 minute tape..so...anyways,
there was like..rumbling thunder..but there was no storms.Then...5 mintues later it sounded like an old
big mideveil door opend..then some winds..then soemone with boots from far away walking to the tape
recorder..then slammed a big jail-like door and locked it.
It scared the crudd out of me!!
that only happend when i whent outside..and left the tape alone.
no one was in the house either.

I've been on a few and nothing really has happened. One of my friends though caught an EVP on his phone. It was telling him to get out. I can vouch that no one was talking when the EVP was recorded.

I don't really know what to think of it. I've never really had anything happen around me. *shrug* Who knows.

I have not been on a paranormal investigation.. I would like to. I think reguardless if we found anything or not it would at least be an interesting experience

I have never been on one but would like to just to experience it.
