Life is what we make of it and there has been no proof as to what happens after death only speculation. So we truly will not know what death is until we experience it for ourselves. So take Life by the balls and enjoy it, exploit it, make it your own!
Life is what we have now and we know its to short because death is certain. So live while u can and dont worry about when u die. At that time u will have plenty of time to think about it
living now and worrying later seems a bit one sided. without life there is no death. without death there was no life. without fun there is no worry, and without worry, sometimes there is no fun.
i personally like indulging in things that make me/others worry sometimes. but don't we all? if there wasn't a negative result factor to life there wouldn't b much fun/quality fullness either.
death can b positive. good things can come from disaster.
life can b negative. (depending on what u do with it.)
just thought id put a twist on all this.....
Vita est expiscor.
Those who wait for some mystery of life to be revealed, have resigned to expectations far to irrational.
Such is the pessimist.
Life sometimes is not what we make it. Growing up with me was hard. Until I myself got older and got direction into my life. I believe our body dies but our spirit lives on.
We have fun on this plane, because there are things that are enjoyable for us to do. Travel, our friends, walks in the park, whatever we choose to do to have fun.
The mystery is what does happen after death? Even tho I do believe the spirit lives on....other's will believe differently, which is fine. We are all have different thoughts, which why we are ourselves in our belief system.
First I think you must have meant to say, "death is a part of life", and secondly, are you asking us to give our opinion on the meaning of life?
No one knows why we're here, why we exist, why we have lives the way we do. Why does all life exist, we don't know. Maybe there is no reason. Whatever it may be, enjoy life as much as possible, because once you're dead, you're dead and that's that.
The title of the forum holds truth. Life is one big mystery, and yes death is a fact we must face.
Life after death on this planet is in each individuals thoughts, perseption, belief, anything you wish to call it.
No one knows without a reasonable doubt is there more/ or not: That is the mystery beyond death of Life>
Life is a mystery because we do know that death is upon us just not where when and how. We enjoy life when we can soem may not ever have the previlege of actually enjoying their life.
We all walk a different path and until we walk in anothers shoes we will not know if they consider that there was *Fun in their life.*
I try to enjoy every day I have in my life because I know that death will come all too soon. After Death is also a mystery some believe there is a great new beginning after death, some say it is the end period!
I would like to believe there is more once we leave this shell of a body we have. Or that my spirit will live on .
Seems as though the poster of the thread may be going through a rough time in their lives... To come up with a thread such as this. This almost reminds me of a "emo" wanting attention.
Cry yourself a river, build a bridge and get over what ails you. Dont make excuses for your own pitiful existance by claiming that there may be nothing after life passes you by.
Death is a very arcane and unknown thing to all of society, no one presumes to know any answer to the greatest mystery of all which is death.
Life is what you make it, be it fun or unconsolable deppression. Let no individual lecture any others as to the ways of life or death.
I have to agree with dabbler...Life is what we know right now. The meaning is a mystery....
Death, like real death, is unknown...even to vampires.
"learn as if you were to live forever; Live as if you were to die tomorrow." There is no mystery on death. Death is the comfort of life. Since we are born, we are dying. Both, life and death, are not related to each other. Both exist in a different plane.
I can see this is just going to be a thread with quote after quote of opinions. If there is some sort of discussion to be made, then please feel free to make a new thread. Otherwise this is just going in circles.
